  9. got a boarder terrier here. great character. If nothing is going on he will just curl up and sleep. If there is deer about he is after them like a shot, thinks he is a deer hound in that respect. Seen him chasin big red stags and all sorts. Great with kids, had little ones pulling his ears and pokin him in the eyes etc. Mines not a mental killar, which is good because cant be arsed with worrying about him being down sets etc, but a friend has one that is hel bent on killing anything with a pulse- fine with humans thou.

  12. fingers crossed i wont need an ambulance. Last time one i called for an ambulance it took 45mins. A child had come off horse and snapped forearm. Think i could probably bleed out from a nose bleed in that time
  13. Won't be any different to rescue with a prussic. Anchor above karabiner you to them. Operate yours and their hitch to descend.

  15. not used the zig zag but am using the lock jack. Love it although it doesn't work very well with out the ropeguide. with the rope guide its a dream especially when you have a weight of rope underneath you and it self tends.

  18. second that for the boot dryers. You get a build up of dampness in the boot so when you put them on they are wet before you even start. Get the boot dryers in there every night!!
  19. had, and still have, a pair of the engleburt straus trousers. The outer materiel is really hardy and the they were not too warm to work in. Problem i had with them is that when i put a harness on they magically turned into 3/4 lengths. got a pair of the sip innovation 2 trousers. very comfortable, very cool to work in, outer material very hardy, feels like wearing a pair of jeans! Was thinking of ordering up a second pair!!
  20. What sort of website is that. almost seems like they are promoting this sort of activity!! glad my hi lux is alarmed.
