  1. An essential for the bottom roller.
  2. I would swing the top roller up and give it a tickle with an angle grinder that will help. if the spring tension is too tight then you struggle to get larger diameter stuff through the rollers.
  3. It's just the cord. if a ce product was not in the pipeline I would just take any one of the ansi options out there. Sent from my SM-G900F using Arbtalk mobile app
  4. Cutting on like a boss! Sent from my SM-G900F using Arbtalk mobile app
  5. Got a cut and climb, cut is good but that has leaked from new. Got a desert camo jacket goretex apparently. like wearing a tent and i dont think it gives a very good impression but it is the driest jacket i have had thus far and probably the cheapest. A bonus that the collar fits over my chainsaw helmet as well
  6. You'll be lucky if it stays waterproof till christmas!! Had one the cut was good but got hot quickly and water repelancy didnt last long
  7. Hoping i am not going to have any problems but we will find out soon enough!!
  8. It was nothing against the op but the people such as myself that reply and don't really help Sent from my SM-G900F using Arbtalk mobile app
  9. Sticking to 15inch as I thought the saw felt and performed well so wouldn't go by longer. Been using a still ms241 with a 14 inch bar and it's great but I miss the extra inch![emoji16] Sent from my SM-G900F using Arbtalk mobile app
  10. another my tyres are the best thread.... I have Good Year Wrangler Duratracs not very common in the UK but on a recent trip to the states they were on nearly every truck!! All terrain pattern up the centre with wider mud style tread on the outer. Have been serving me proud for the past 25k miles and still going.
  11. i use the pfanner reds for climbing and leather palmed gloves on the ground. It is great getting hard hands but over time you are desensitising your hands by damaging all the little nerve endings. (obviously over many years)
  12. Great for scratching the back not so great on her intimate lady area:lol:
  13. Well i have ordered the low profile chain and bar anyway so we will see how get on. I was torn between the two makes on offer. Have always ran the oregon prolite bars without much trouble so was inclined to stick with a brand i know but in the end took a punt with the sugi equivalent, was a little cheaper as well. Time will tell if i made the right choice!
  14. Let it go Old mill let it go
  15. Excellent stuff. Sounds like great customer service.
  16. how are you finding them? seeing as though you have it on two saws i take it you like them. oregon bar and chain? And did you notice any difference in cutting speed?
  17. sound advice. Plenty of savy clients out there an plenty of unsavy business owners
  18. i thought this as well.... a friend of mine was coming down and went to cut a stog off, didnt notice another brach behind that, and the top handle got him in the lower calf. Obviously this is down to safe use of the chainsaw but it does happen!
  19. A harness is more than just a bridge. I know it is a high wearing part and that is probably something that does get looked at it is the other bits that dont that are the worry
  20. Is any one running or had experience of running the low profile bar and chain on a husky 550? In the market for a new bar for said saw and seen the option. pros cons? durability? Narrower kerf makes sense can never fathom why people want to go from 325 up to 3/8 on as it will surely mean a slower cutting speed!? Cheers Mark
  21. Entirely up to you if you want to hang around in a 10 year old harness! As long as you make sure your groundie is not beneath you when the bridge snaps!!
  22. I suppose the only real point is so that employers are not making employees use kit that puts them in danger.
  23. so much material i would be surprised if it ever dies
  24. have used a brian james one with the tilting bed, no ramps, good trailer but did rattle me about a bit when empty.
