  1. Sure ive obvs never used one. They might be fine soon as your used to them? Might out wiegh the annoying snap ones snagging?
  2. Does the bigger size catch on stuff joe? The smaller ones seem to a fair bit fair me and I was worried a bigger would be worse?
  3. Feels like a 3 way caritool might be so irritating it's not worth bothering with?
  4. I was worried about size of larger ones catching on stuff. My 2nd small one broke today with nothing on it so must have caught. Dmm then
  5. Have gone through 2 t shirts and "waterproof" jackets in the rain all day today I am seriously considering getting something posher. No snags or rips? Cuffs ok?
  6. Does it not need adjusting as the stem gets wider? Or get snagged ?
  7. I can't tell if your being really sarcastic
  8. Tell me about the deals now so I can prepare myself psychologically?
  9. Broke another one, have a black diamond on which is still working but the little bit that holds it in place is broke so it slops around a bit. Those dmm ones good? Worth 25quid? Anyone got anything better? The pink ones skyland sell are pretty fit
  10. Honestly I don't look at stitching often....i really should though. I do krabs when the stop clicking shut properly. Tend to notice this quickly. Check rope and friction cord often nearly daily
  11. Don't rush me Mark I've only just got the hang of a HC after 10 years of prussocking. And I still have to check the knut is correct on my phone......god knows how much slower srt would be for me to learn by myself via the internet The idea of bombing a line pretty much anywhere then effortlessly ascending without breaking a sweat sounds attractive though
  12. Can't quite imagine that setup. Timber hitch with the right length dead eye works for me. Can get it nice and snug easy peasy if negative rigging a stem
  13. This true. However for a rustic bar and fireplace a split or two or crack may be acceptable? 064 will be fine on a 36 lo pro. Not the fastest but fine id say....
  14. Not tried it but it is jaso FD so should be ok....be interested to find out if anyone else has had this. On rye oil 2 stroke at the minute
  15. Swings and round abouts I guess just done syc no.2, first shot
  16. Just been stubbornly throwing for 45mins at a big sycamore that wanted deadwooding. There was a lovely crotch which meant I would have had access to everything without moving anchor. After a lot of swearing I settled on a lesser spot......thankfully customer was out.
