  1. Hello, Thank you for getting back to me. We do not have any policies against users selling branded items on the site, however if we are contacted by the company who own the rights to the brand / item and are requested to remove the ad then we have to remove the ad after they have completed the ´Notice of Infringement´ form on Gumtree. When we remove an item due to infringement, we notify the seller and bidders by email that their listing has been ended at the request of a named participant of our Notice of Infringement Program. We trust that our Notice of Infringement Program members endeavor to be as accurate and as fair as possible in requesting the removal of listings. For its part, Gumtree is committed to balancing the important interests of Gumtree users and intellectual property owners. Mistakes can be made, however. To that end, the Removal of Listing message sent to sellers contains the name and email address of the Notice of Infringement Program participant and our address here at Gumtree. If a listing has been removed in error, you users have the ability to contact them to obtain clarification. Many users genuinely lack information about why their item or listing is infringing. once contacted and if they agree an error has been made or for some other reason want to allow the user to relist the item, they can simply email us and tell us as much. We can't allow relisting unless we hear from them. I hope that this makes sense, If you do require any further assistance please feel free to reply to this email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks, Valen Gumtree Community Team http://www.gumtree.com Your comment: please get in touch about why this has happened Thanks Valen

  11. i really like both styles! bombing huge chunks of macrocarpa down cos you have another 30 to do that day and don;t have to tidy is great. thinning a mature hardwood in a nice setting has a different satisfaction!
  12. that is sweet! never heard of the severn bore til now. must be a wierd thing? how often does it happen? i'm trying to master freeboarding, but feel slightly more like napoleon dynamite so far
  13. yeah looks good, its the "clean timber" you speak which seems like an important use for this. absolutley hate the amount of sharpening required after logging thinnings pulled out with my horse using just a swingle tree!
  14. thanks spud, i'll give it one last check before i order something
  15. thanks, yes tried a variety of combinations of different working plugs, blowing the cylinder out with an air line, pulling over with no success. yes after burning the excess fuel out the exhaust, heated a plug up and popped it in, again with no effect..... haven't tried disconnecting the kill switch, but it seems to work grand as with the plug out you can seea good spark, then no spark when kill switch is off.... mmmm order one of these gunson hi gauge compression testers, will see if that works. i may be totally wrong but saws with bad comp usually run a bit or at least fire eh? just that they run rough - well this has been my experience anyway. thanks again for all yer help
  16. well tea spoon if fuel on a dry sparj plug didn;t work. i have tried using the plug, carb and flywheel from my working dcs5000 to no good effect. exhaust was full of fuel/2 stroke so burnt this off, no better. whats the best way to make a comp test kit then - i suspect something is amiss thanks, bill

  18. i just assumed i would need another one but maybs i can fix it?
  19. the throttle butterfly is leaking air as it is so worn. i think the hole in the ally that the throttle butterfly goes through is worn as symptons went away when grease was applied. can i fix that?
  20. whipped it out, was running at 12,800 rpm, so actually leaned it a bit. i might have tuned it a bit rich for run in though! seems louder and slighty better in cut
  21. yeah i have been subbied in for people and they have wanted to send me out with a groundie with aerial rescue and had to juggle things around to be able to do this. lots of people aren't bothered i agree, i often climb with no aerial rescue, just saying for some firms a groundie with aerial rescue is a plus. yah?
