  1. Only 6 days a week Matty? I bet you don't work more than 10 hours a day either. You're part time mate!
  2. A simple mini swing check is fine for slack tending on a lanyard. Cheap too.
  3. Cocaine, Stefan. There will always be the cynics that say it's not the answer. They're just not taking enough.
  4. Haha what idiots. Glad you're not one of them. I can sell you one for £700. I'll forget the vat. Mates rates and all.
  5. If you're gonna do it, do it right. If I can do a loud fart in the succeeding month, it was inadequate.
  6. Legally, I have no idea. Morally, it depends. If I were to have an injury due to someone else's kit malfunctioning on me, I might feel aggrieved. Then again it's my choice to use that kit and I should know if it's safe. I certainly wouldn't bitch about a flesh wound. I have sued for inadequate sexual harassment though.
  7. Were the hedge trimmers to blame? Or the Operative?
  8. Have you bought a little topper yet? Or are you our new resident tyre kicker?
  9. If you haven't got a clue mate, don't comment
  10. Reckon I'll buy the 280 Rob, one of the lads will have it. So just to clarify, will the 2511 be sent out with the Sugi bar or that cack one?
  11. Nah. Rootball was left as habitat. Was gonna leave the whole lot, but seemed pretty wasteful.
  12. Been splitting some Black Walnut today. 30" dia and a 9' stem made a fair bit of firewood.
  13. We have one that must be going on 9 years.
  14. The SIP KIEU so far is very good.
  15. While that may be true of a lot of Echo's I didn't really notice it with the 2510. It was great out the box.
  16. Nah, I've no use for it. I'll see if any of the lads fancy buying it and if not it'll be on its way back. Only used it twice!
  17. Bet you were laughing...
  18. It was an older white line with blue strands. Draco rings a bell?
  19. Lose the visor and get a pair of "safe eyes" to wear on your lid. clarks do them. About 15 pounds
  20. Cold and wet re-re-re-reducing a row of crappy birches. Some days I'd love an office job. Then I remember I'm thick so I stick to cutting trees.
  21. Yup! I thought I'd managed to splice my Marlow dropping line, until I was able to pull it apart by hand with ease!
  22. Have you used the Sugi chain alongside the Stihl Rob? And differences?
  23. Get in! I'll be sending my 280 back unless one of the lads wants to buy it instead.
