Legally, I have no idea. Morally, it depends. If I were to have an injury due to someone else's kit malfunctioning on me, I might feel aggrieved. Then again it's my choice to use that kit and I should know if it's safe. I certainly wouldn't bitch about a flesh wound. I have sued for inadequate sexual harassment though.

Been splitting some Black Walnut today. 30" dia and a 9' stem made a fair bit of firewood. -
