Have been sided up when needed, block planted with sweet chestnut , oak ash beech and lime so right mixture but all about same height and girth. The odd oak amongst lime and chestnut so was going to coppice around them and see if they take.

  4. Another opinion would be a husky 353 nice and light and got some poke.

  12. It could be an electrical fault, but when did you last change oil could be thin and a weak pump will affect pressure.

  19. Or even a powered splitter with good capacity, I do anything from 25 to 35 cube with chainsaw and tractor with log splitter any odd couple of hours here and there get a bit done.
  20. Re-Booting this . Has any one used Haix resole service as just knocked sole off mine and tops are in good nick.
  21. One company you could try is Town & Country land Management Ltd if they have not looked already they are based near me but do work on London rail ways.
  22. Never seen 1 with cross piece, bt just put a strap around them and lift out with hiab
