  1. Thanks Spud, Was thinking of fitting any old one and giving it a go. point are opening and closing but will check resistance. O have check capacitor with a tester and get nothing.
  2. Got a pioneer 650 on bench which has been barn stored for 20 years, had no spark so took it apart cleaned points no joy still nothing. So pointing towards capacitor any one now were I can get one or any one got one kicking about.

  17. As said if you are going to use road going truck you will be limited on the terrain you are going to get over and lucky to pull any more then 2.5 to 3. Ton max.

    Been cutting hedge alongside road put signs and cones out as you do, it was in a 30mph limit were some take no notice as it at end of village. Soon is there a speed limit when you enter road works as been looking and can not find anything in highway code. There is were signed on major roadworks.
  21. Clearing of ancient monument so no bragging of tree from it with winch, so used a simple skyline setup which worked very well and moved some big lumps of timber. I have seen enough ivy for a long time ever tree was covered.
  22. They will not shroud were tree work is being carried out, also if you request a shut down you should do that if they decline to do that It's there problem then.
  23. That's why I said a auto would be best, 3.0 engine and a heavy right foot maybe to much for an R380. Were as an auto keeps everything under control.
