  1. well done i wish i had the materials to make one like yours money and materials and facilties hold me back but spend my days looking on the bay wishfull thinking etc i only have a x27 or my good friend sean ash tree care will lend me his splitter but feel awful asking him i will one day get my own i live in hope lol as my plots a mess at the moment log everywhere lol back to the thread you should be proud of yourself to be able to fab such a good tool together well done it,s a beast

True is it worth the hassle etc i was just worried was i wrong in using free motor oil the enviromentle damage and my cost buying chain oil against a can of stp and on another note if stp makes oil tacky how can that be any good as a engine oil additive ??? glooping up your oil not good"" its all very confusing and conflicting the answers i mean :confused1:

AS I,AM NOT A COMERCIAL USER OF SAID OILS I ONLY USE TO CUT UP MY FIREWOOD ETC I WAS THINKING THAT NEW MOTOR OIL WOULD BE OK TO USE AS I,VE GOT A FREE PLENTYFULL SUPPLY FROM MY FRIEND BUT ON RESEARCHING THIS I,VE FOUND THAT ADDING STP TO MOTOR OIL MAKES IT TACKY WELL I NEVER NEW THAT YOU LIVE AND LEARN I,AM JUST WORRIED NOW AM I DOING THE WRONG THING USING FREE NEW MOTOR OIL ???? OR SHOULD I REPENT AND GO AND BUY A GALL OF BAR OIL ??   7. I,ve just started again feeding the birds on my plot and trying to make them welcome to nest this year in my log shed little nest box,s and plenty nesting material left about mosses and straw i would like at least something this spring

  12. a neighbour has one across from me and spends more time up on his car ramps with him under it etc he,s had alot or trouble with the 4 wheel drive system propshaft falling to bits about twice a year its now only front wheeldrive thesedays and also pumps £80 petrol a week in it very juicy
  13. i get the same probb,s on my 260 oil down my kecks and when my hands are tired i struggle to pull/riddle the cap out the saw when refueling & toppin the oil tank up etc but my old 024 is there to give me a break from the pita 260 caps

  20. DITTO BEEN COOKING FOR 2 YEARS on the top off my coalbrookdale severn soups stews kettles on when stoves on etc i enjoy a brew of the stove tastes better

  23. I first tried it after cleaning up my waste leftovers etc out the bottom of my trailer dead treewood bits etc and it got me thinking so tried some chip it burns great dry of course
  24. to be honest i,am getting old now at 49 years and never had a problem even my old 2 stroke puch never jacked in and i still ride it everyday:001_tt2: ps i look like the crowman going to my plot on it your royal reminance
  25. I,ve been trying it when my fires up to speed over some logs and it loves it i just use a shovel full and shut the doors and it works very very well!!! am i missing the reasons why its not used as a fuel at home
