  1. 20ltrs of fuel a day thats some sawing no wonder the saws get replaced every year mine should last a lifetime then lol i will have to get my will sorted so i can pass my hardly used saw on to the kin
  2. Who has had a saw from new etc used it on a regular basis and how long you had it in its unmolested state out the box from new what i mean is not triggers brush . I would like to know the life span of a chainsaw ?? as mine is a fleebay special 5 years old but only gets used once of twice a month for a few hrs or fired up n put back on shelf so should last me a while just being nosey about saw lifespans as we had a sach dolmar petrol wizzer for years at work new out the box till it was nicked one night

I WAS MOOCHING ON EBAY STIHL CHAINSAWS AND FOUND WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BLAG so sent a email to the seller and this is the reply i got >>> Well i dont know how you can say that is it was bought friom a stihl dealer but it is an inport, and it as got stihl stamped all over it for some strange reason Stihl 5200 petrol chain saw | eBay did i get it wrong ???
  6. its a nut i,am after non on flee bay etc just frustrated i did,nt get one with the kit a strange one as i get the spacers/shims but contains no nuts

YOOHOO I,AM BACK IN THE ROOM i got a oregon jet fit but got a problem lol were will i get a m12x1.75 left hand nut as i aint got one supplied in the jet fit kit its a fs310 and the nut in the old head is captive molded into plastic etc so how do i get around this prob ????? >>>>>pretty please x

  9. its only a bit off fun i should of posted it in the plunge thread sorry lunge thread lol story of the comode was i was donating to some disabled people locally i was given a bath seat also a bath chair and wheelchair they all went to good people who where mostly terminaly ill etc shame i felt awful etc like i was helping them to die odd really eh!! but glad i could help,em out poor soles bless,em

NOW YOU,VE GONE AND DONE IT LOL i was dreading asking as i,ve already ordered a jet thingy but wondering have i done it wrong again dad and ordered a pup i get confused easy these days as theres loads of blades about i was thinking the jet thing is more universal to be honest and user friendly

  16. its the doctor who has refered me etc everything moves so slowly i feel but i want to go at a million miles n hr etc i need to do everything superfast but forget what i was going to do lol my heads in a mess keep fogetting what i,ve said or done at times hate myself when i look in a mirror and have no motivation to make a decision my poor dog even feels it i know it as he,s very clingy to me when i,am very down etc

  18. hello i,am after some advice please i was given a broken down 2007 fs310 fourmix strimmer the strimmer head is beyond repair worn out etc and want to fit a blade for clearing long thick grass n bramble as the bloke who gave it to me wants use of it 2/3 times a year to clear land around where his wife works lol got that wrong what i mean is around the factory unit where his wife works 2/3 times a year . I got it running again in my shed n made up love tinkering and the feeling afterwards i,ve done something worthwhile just getting it to run again . and can just go to it and it,ll start up etc sorry i,am rambling on now chaps sorry just want to know what blade to choose or what strimmer head to get for it

HELLO again cab has been a big help with my bill problems etc long stories bills not in my name etc i,ve had my first intro to open mind to get me going out again etc as i,ve no life structure direction and distrust grumpy cos i,am mentaly wasted through lack of rest and sleep bad nightmares burning people cutting them up etc i know your laughing at my mental state but would give my life to stop all the misery moodswings and why am i so anal about every ;ittle thing that goes wrong oh and still keep breaking down about twice a day but what the hell it cant get any worse CAN IT ???? i just want to say how greatful i,am for your kind words and gifts of ppe i,am deeply humbled and forever in your dept i just wish one day i can help someone myself as i know i,am not the only bloke on this planet with mental health problems as i find if i stay away from folk i cant get hurt ripped off lied too used etc etc etc i,ve no trust but very greatful for all the help & advice n if you dont know it you a good bunch of lads thanks
  20. i collect old valve radios still learning mind how to repair them etc its very rewarding getting an old valver of say 50/60 years old to slowly come back to life etc NICE
  21. my name is derived from my pike fishing as i was very very deep into hunting them down as far as sweden france uk etc cost me a fortune boats fishing gear b&b,s up at daft o,clock to fish first light etc etc etc
  22. thanks for the bearing info very very good advice as for spark plug replacment dosey me i found in the back of my stihl book replace every 100 hrs not sure if i read it right though

  24. how often should i change the sparkplug on my saw ????????? how often should i strip clean re grease clutch bearing ?????? as i,ve checked read destruction book for saw and found nowt" tis a ms260 16" bar by the way used as my logging saw and have just recieved 6 ton of logs and going to give it a good going over tonight new chain all filters cleaned out etc as it will be used all day tomorrow chomping logs
