  1. so its 60mph on a dual solo also 60mph if your towing and i don't mean 120mph thanks
  2. does a transit type vehicle towing then not go over 3.5 ton then be subject to 50mph i well confused
  3. just had a look and it says goods vehicle under 7.5 ton dual carriage way 60mph but there's not a definite speed for that weight towing just checked highway code cars small van and over 7.5 ton all listed for towing speed but not under 7.5 tonners
  4. I stand corrected on the 50mph bit on dual carriage ways I've been driving for 35 years and it must have been 50mph at some time and i didn't realize it had changed how bad is that any way we can get there a bit quicker now thanks for that charles
  5. you can tow in 3rd lane if its an A road but remember its only 50mph on an A road as well 60mph on a M road you can tow in the outside lane on a M road if its less than 3 lanes

  7. undo the filler cap and don't refill refit cap and see if it starts and runs again if it cuts out tank vent for sure also check the fuel filter in the tanks not caught up and is out of the fuel when tank part empty check it's on the bottom of the tank
  8. even if it's not badly injured it will probably die of shock tell your neighbour to clip one wing only they have trouble flying in a straight line then
  9. i know its bolting stable door and all that after the event but that crushers looks like its got some good hiding places for a tracker

  15. if you just need corrugated tin for the roof try local scaffolding companies they may be able to help

  17. biscuit jointers ok if you use it a lot, but its a one trick pony compared to a router
  18. +1 i use both biscuits and dowels it all depends what and where the joint is for joining boards biscuits or ply slither full length and a good glue
  19. tail lift unless you need it is going to add weight which in turn decreases payload as does being twin rear wheels
  20. to make do with an under powered strimmer if this makes sense i use the strimmer starting at the back and walking backwards so it throws the grass onto already cut grass rather than throw it onto uncut grass in front of you and your probably get away with all be it slowly the strimmer you already have rake it up and then mow
  21. if you have some good friends around you they will help its alright people on here sympathizing with you but you need real people not just arbtalk internet buddies glad to hear my first post didn't offend you just wondered why it was removed

  23. my gran always used swan matches 50 odd years ago and it still reminds of her when i smell one that's been struck its amazing how these smells bring back memories
