  1. this conner leaving thing seems to revolve around "poor old chris" white noise quoted "he entered willingly" yes for hard days wet days good days bad days but did chris admit ive got an OCD and it's probably going to do your head in so maybe he's just had enough and is to polite to say it to you face so perhaps your better off not pushing him for an answer

  3. I don't know how much as an apprentice conner gets paid but its probably not that good and like all youngsters he's more than likely been tempted by more money and less traveling he will earn more as a brash monkey if that's what he is doing than as an apprentice and he may at some time realise that he may have made a mistake possibly I would bet that most people on here have been swayed by the pound signs over making the more sensible decision in life i know i have on more than one occasion

  12. For the last 2 years I've done the maths on what the saving/costs of log burning we have the stove on from 4 until bed time and don't have the central heating on at night only in the morning logs burnt 5 cu mts = £250 ish luckily all from work cost of gas saved £80 it would be easier just to work a Saturday to pay for the extra gas and not bother with the stove but the stove is a lot more cosy than a radiator
