  1. I got a message today informing me that Arbrep Services are now the importer and distributor for Jensen! It suits me because Arbrep are a good deal closer to me. Lol!
  2. Never mind being a great climber. She'd make a great wife as well as unmentionable stuff!!
  3. I did this a while ago with JB Weld and it's been working just fine.
  4. I know, I know and it's embarrassing. Lol! Usually when I see a photo of something I can see the benefits and buy it instantly. I just didn't know enough about ropes to do that but I've done a bit of swotting up and now I know which rope to buy. Tachyon, in green. No, CBlue. No, Tachyon in Orange. I mean Vortex Erm...........
  5. So there has been plenty of chatter during the last year about Cougar Blue and it certainly appears popular. My question is: Who uses Cougar Grey and with what hitch device?
  6. Same here, after only several months!
  7. Yes there is. Buy a Hitch Hiker from Ropetek!
  8. Nine months! You're lucky, I didn't even get that out of my AssStreams.
  9. Thanks Rich I'm leaning towards Cougar Blue but so many guys are on Tachyon, I'm not sure what to do.
  10. Tsurugi.
  11. Thanks guys. Still can't decide what rope to get though. lol! Some of the Americans have been changing the attachment point for a swivel and love it. Someone suggested trying the swivel that you get for an ART Positioner and LJ. Have you thought about doing this?
  12. What rope are you using John? Tachyon seems to be the favourite by the chaps I'm America who have been on the BDB for months.
  13. Agreed. No brake band will stand that abuse. My 560xp brake band snapped but I put that down to how a Groundie uses it.
  14. It appears that two bridges are not necessary. Look at the Bulldog Bone thread on Treebuzz. Post #950 by Oceans shows a photo of his setup. Here is the link: http://treebuzz.com/forum/index.php?threads/Compact-Bulldog-Bone.28246/
  15. What Huck said. I didn't do that, had my chipper on the back, and regretted it every day for years.
  16. He's winding you up. You got the pictures the right way around.
  17. Hopefully it was just a bad batch of rubber. Haix or Stein will be getting my money next month.
  18. That machine has the wheels on side ways! Look at the light board! Lol!!
  19. This is what happened to my Airstreams when they were about 5 months old! It's like that all the way around, the entire length of the midsole. Unimpressed. Has anyone else had this? I wondered about a bad batch of rubber.
  20. Apparently the top tip is to stick a piece of very very bright tape over the battery so that can find it if it pops off.
  21. Not too much success on this thread then. Lol! Does anyone else have experience or opinions on the subject? Thank.
  22. I've been watching this since Surveyor first posted (on The Treehouse or Treebuzz) and I'm mighty impressed with the development. It's really become a very refined climbing tool and at a realistic price. Good job Gordon!
  23. No unfortunately. I've actually got no idea why it wasn't oiling. My guess is that a 'bit' from the wrecked oil pickup filter got to the oil pump and it wasn't until I dismantled the oil pump that it cleared. Just a guess though cos it's working now.
  24. My technical expertise knows no boundaries! It's oiling again.
  25. Where the hell is the breather? I didn't know there was one for the oil tank. Of course there would have to be. Damn, I'm even dumber than my parents said!!
