    If it was me and money was tight I would be concerned about breakdowns if you can do the work yourself then not such an issue, I'm sure the parts will not be cheep compared the to the mighty zetor.

    I'm right handed and the HP was fine for me but then I have an old japa that's also easy to use. Makes no difference which machine you will get used to it

    Was it an American machine? When I wentt for the tajfun I was going to get a demo. There was 3 of us two had demos and both gave those estimates to what it takes out each cut. I'm in no way knocking them as there built like brick out houses but the amount of saw dust and the distance log drops into splitting champer were both problems that could not be over come. It's a monster for sure with a monster price tag

    Would be ok if you had a use for the sawdust it produced as the blade takes a good 3/4 of an inch each cut. With the 3000+ ton you would need ti justify that machine you would have a lot of saw dust kicking about.

    We don't sell out now can't afford to. Don't mess about any more if they moan about price I politely end the call not got time for idiots. Had one last week that wanted me to look at her log store as it was not the biggest she told me her man bought 6 feed bags for £60 took her two barrow bags (stacked) she sent me a text that I was expensive at 1030. Told her I'll be round at 930am refund and collect Another text at 1045 saying she had reconsidered after seeing how good the logs burned. Just trying it on

    What a bunch of a holes hassle you just don't need. Not on the same scale as you but some ones nicked a half cube bag of logs out of my yard over the weekend. Concerned now at what elsa they may have been eyeing up.

    Has it been struck by lightning as we had an oak tree in back gelid struck in the late 80s remember helping split it real nice wood that wouldn't not burn Wood can be to old if it's not stored correctly you would be surprised how fast it can turn

    Both the telehandler and the tractor would use about £8 a day no problem if it's running the processor it's got to be at least £10 13hp brigs and it's£5 all day
