  4. I agree, I used to have greedy boards on my hilux, like you say 10 mins max with a fork.
  5. I have never really understood that, they go to all the trouble to break into premises then a container and when they see some paint on a saw they don't take it! I think they'll snaffle it by torchlight anyway.

  7. Derailing a bit but have any of you watched the film with Kirk Douglas? a big favourite of mine.
  8. Nice day, big ash in a courtyard in Confolens, fairly standard stuff but loading the truck with the digger was real bonus, that hydraulic thumb was a godsend! (Plus I've just bought an i-pad so wanted a play!)

  10. I agree, we've had swallows here for a couple of weeks, the swifts are amongst the most thrilling birds we have and yet so many people cannot distinguish them from Martins and Swallows.

  18. I may be wrong but to me it's cutting through an upright branch so fast it drops cut first into the ground. (Good on Lombardies)

  24. Thanks, one more question, I have seen some people using strops much longer than their arms reach, anyone know why they do that?
