Just continue making your pile, measure dimensions of the pile (easiest if you can bung it in a bay or something that will support it as a 3D rectangle (????????????????? I need to know this word!!!). Then just measure the sides, calculate the volume and proclaim you have Xm3 loose in the bay. You'll never get the exact volume minus air spaces without wasting time that would be better off spent splitting more wood or drinking tea.

10.0. Although on higher 9's and 10's I had to relax into an arched back after locking out my arms on the up bits. Only had a bowl of Shreddies at 10 this morning and felt pretty hungry. Will try and push tomorrow to see whether can get any further.

Knuckle pressups are really good for strengthening your wrists and you can go deeper into a pushup so work a little harder. Be careful on hard floors not to dislodge the thingy that goes between your knuckle and skin, ligament or muscle or whatever it is, can be pretty grim apparently!

We do this as a warmup at Krav, up to 10, except with one punch on a focus mit, then one pressup, two punches and so on. Feel like death after. Dunno if I can push past 10. Arms are dead from 9, not even convinced I have any useful form or any power in my punches.

Cat B licence - 3,500kg vehicle + up to 750kg Cat B+E - 3,500 kg vehicle + trailer up to total weight of 7,500kg so long as max towing weight of vehicle is not exceeded. I think. I hope. And vehicle weight is including load isn't it?
