  12. Yes thats the case here, garden over run. strimmed, raked, mown, tree's removed, stumps ground, rotivated, then sown..... Its enevitable really. That said the area does look great now! after all the works, we continue to mow every fortnight and it does seem to show signs of grass overtaking the "salad" as you say lol
  13. A lot of people rent houses now adays and some are council rented houses etc. If you come to quote a job.... and its a rented house... do you try get in touch with owner or just go through the tennant. In the ideal world youd get in touch with the owner.... Just wondering what you do? You may go to a big house etc and it never cross your mind they may be renting... food for thought

  16. Hi there. Just curious as to why there are vents under the windscreen? Obvioursly for air etc... but dont they leak in etc? Wouldnt it be easier to have a flat panel accross the front and just put your window down! Lol
  17. How bad do bark inclusions have to be before you take the call of action. What do you look for when accessing... any pics? I know stem dia, leverage, location, hazardsand risk et. Come into this... but what for you says... must take action? Ive seen many trees living fine with tight crotches and bark inclusions etc. Just.curious to know. Cheers

  19. sounds like you've checked most bits, but you need to make sure the pistons in the calipers are working ok, and the dust boots are intact. Try pushing the pistons back in. If they go back in then good. If they don't then loosen the bleed nipple on the caliper, if they then go back in, it says that the flexy brake hose is knackered by not letting fluid pass back.
  20. I put the pick up, clicked enter.... and thought stop being a lazy arse go look at your books... so i had a look and thats my conclusion.... chicken of the woods.... so i need two more confirmations best out of 3 cheers apbell
