  3. Everyone has their place. And it all depends on the business and the type of work / size of jobs. Thus a wide range of pay scale.... not to mension the areas in which you work / market dicktating how much you get for the work.

Thats a load of Just because you have an aerial ticket means diddly squat. if i cut myself do you think my first thought will be.... oh im glad i pay 50.00 extra to get rescued.... only person to rescue me is me! Chances are id be in a real bad way by the time the new boy has his kit on and half way up the tree experiance not tickets...

  10. the 341 isnt the comparison for the 560 though is it... the 361 is the better comparison. both the 361 and 341 are no longer made
  11. imo its worth diddley squat! (due to size and access etc) get paid for the job! do not do it for the logs because your then working, to do more work by shifting the logs, to do more work by splitting and selling the logs! if customer lets you take some timber if you really want to...... if not dont.

    Stopped watching that. That saw is awful! My 201t is miles bettwr than that and would have probabilly been up there with the 200 easy! That saw wants sending back and exchanging. Looks like chains well tight and it cant turn it! Lol

  19. Hi there. I have an old winch like this one in the link : TRACTEL TIRFOR SUPER WINCH 1600KG WITH 11MM WIRE ROPE CABLE PLUS FREE GLOVES | eBay Im sure it says 35cwt. Ive also just bought a tirfor T516d Are these winches the same spec? Which is the better winch? Was thinking of selling the older one? Cheers
  20. Dont know but i remember it was a hell of a lot louder and i had a headache by the end of the day. Was glad i was up the tree at times lol tried not to use it much

  23. lol, even had the chainsaw at the other side of the tree so if encountered kick back would have been a nice chest cavity examination lol Plonker

  25. i just bought a bungee strop with it inc ring so clip it up on harness, and the bungee helps to cushion it. Cheap and easy
