  15. commendable arsenal to have at you beck and call but can you can move surely you can strip down to what's estential for that tree and have something sent up if you meet the unexpected?

  24. I don't have one, have never had one. Heard we are 'supposed' to have one. Never agreed with it. Never will. It's organic. It's not waste. I could pitch it in a corner and it would be gone in a few years, wildlife the better for. Does anyone know what we're threatened with if we are stopped and refuse compliance? Is it like the Tv licence, where if you don't have one they may or may not take you to court, may or may not charge you, may or may not fine you, and if they do alll of these the fine is only £200? Are there any cases of prosecution that we know of?
