  1. I heard a story of a fella round here that found a large black bird chick on the ground, a little dazed after the tree having been felled. He picked it up and luzzed it into his chipper  His wife was on hand and laid into him.
  2. will do, it'll take mee a couple of days. bare with..

  6. Has anyone tried a New Tribe Harness from the USA?
  7. This is one of the reasons I like it simple. The complex shiney climbing systems might give you marginally better performance but in doing so sacirfice simplicity and transparency, and cost. Hitch me all the way
  8. Flick before you pick. Consequentially fruiting bodies cast their spores

    wow

but then the yanks manage to kill 30,000+ a year with guns. 32 with chippers is going good in comparrison.
  16. I'm not questioning that at all steve. Please don't think that I was.
  17. hey paul, maybe you've got a forgetable voice as well as a forgetable face
  18. hey there steve, I like alot of what you say but I've got a problem with asking for money up front. It's always been something I've avoided even when people offer. I don't know why, perhaps because I've been round to places where cowboys have got money up front and started the job and then done a runner as soon as the clients back is turned.
  19. where there's one there more. get a man with a ferret round and it will drag them out of the nest. saves them dying from poison and stinking your house out.
  20. Book in advance, we run about 6 months ahead on bookings. I'd join you for a forage. Found some ceps last year and a hedgehog mushroom. great eating.
  21. Sounds like another day in the life...
