try your new 18" chain on your old 16" bar if its the same gauge to check for wear. bar gauge size should be shown on an etching near the bar mount.

IIRC Dunsley price is just for the neutraliser all valves/ pumps/ thermostats etc are not included. H2 Panel when I bought it they are all included or part of the panel.

Had ours for 10 yrs with no problems, ours is a H2 panel think we paid £600 inc delivery, pump getting noisy but its only the pump. Very good installation instructions with it.
