  1. If you didnt already know RobArb has been cycling on an exercise bike the distance from manchester to ballabu in the gambia. Hes less than 40km away now So from me Well Done thats a huge achievement :thumbup: See you at Gatwick
  2. I honestly think thats up there with buzzsurgeons cedar top in the snow.
  3. The only thing i will say is the midland radios dont survive a fall from 95ft up, even onto soft ground.
  4. David, i was surprised on how many trees had been removed over time.
  5. But why not setup a speedline you have a grcs as a tensioning device?? Any pics? cant tell how she looked from the video.
  6. Balanced speedlined would of saved you hours on that. by the looks of things you could of felled it to the right of the tree and chipper too.

  16. I'll be honest with you paul if i didnt climb srtwp i would buy one. Regardless of the lifespan of a rope i really think its a good piece of kit, stupidly responsive when you almost assume its going to need the same force as a lj or sj. Good job im used to bombing it out on a uni or i may of had a brown pants moment

  19. haha yeah, he was impressed with my zk2 and how id damaged it so badly through climbing.
  20. It was an example of something low, nothing more just trying to get my head round why somethings have low failure strength and others high. just not sure why they dont or if they do have a rec kn level what it is.

  22. A bit of a call out this morning, dead beech failure close to some power lines. We winched the stem 180ft to the log pile rather than cutting it up on the spot. We also used pretty much all of the 160ft of rigging line during the lower.
