  4. its your attitude,,,im well aware by posting my products, (hopefully to give some ,creative ideas) that not everybody will like my style, i personally hate resin, but chose to keep that to myself,as I know plenty do,,,so never said nothing, It is better to keep ones mouth shut and appear to be stupid, than to open it and remove all doubt!

  22. I second this, jack hill was a ledgend,,,his country woodwork book is good, I have two copies of his chair book, and have made his kids rocking chairs for both my kids and my nieces, and there still going strong,,,
  23. thanks for input rob, maybe I was too quick to bite!,but,,,I make my benches in the time frame that allows me to sell them at a cost people can afford, so the leg construction is a little traditional, but its not as quick as some might think, morticed and tennoned takes longer than just large sides attached with a battern, and its stronger, I`ve made tricker benches and carved detail into them, and as much as I love doing it,they dont provide the return i need to justify renting a yard and paying bills,,,,,,so yes am slave to reality,,but still not working in a factory,or supermarket,,,and I love my job! and love turning my arb waste into something other than firewood,,,
  24. good tip,,thanks:thumbup1:
