    trust me I dont pay **** wages,,,,,my climber gets top dollar cause he does great work, is miles ahead of others who have worked from me,, and is trustworthy and reliable, but i guarantee him work when the going is quiet, but expect graft when its busy,,,it works for both of us,,like logbaron says,,you can only pay what you can afford, and if every tom dick and harry, wants to undercut us, he`ll soon get screwed, when he realises cost involved, true costs not holiday money,beer money, or when his friends have no more work,
