  1. How long did it take each time to get the pump changed?
  2. Took mine back to the shop to get the oiler sorted a week ago. Got a call today saying they can't find a problem with it. Told them when I took it in it will work in the shop just raving a bit and not cutting anything, but as soon as you work with it the oil stops. Ended up asking them to google ms150 oiling problem, and then to order a new oiler! Fingers crossed it doesn't take ages to sort!
  3. I'm starting to go that way a bit more Al but still find I'm branch walking a lot. A few weeks ago I had to take down an awkward sycamore with it blowing a gale and chucking it down. My first thought was, I'll do this drt because that's what I'm used to, but after about two minutes I thought 'sod this', and changed to srt, far less hard work! I like the fact the RR is easily midline attachable, will make setting a tip with 60m of rope far quicker, the way I do it anyway haha!
  4. That's good to know Kevin. Do you think it'll be CE marked or whatever it is for the Uk?
  5. It does look good doesn't it! Will be good to hear how people get on with it. I wonder if you can use it in drt too like you can the HH!?
  6. This is the one I use. Probably get around ten sharpens out of it
  7. I always do mine, after a couple of goes its easy to get all three edges nice and sharp again. I use a feather edge diamond fine off amazon for around £4 and can get one done in around 30 minutes. Some folk think you can't sharpen the hardened ones but you can, after all, it was only wood that made them blunt!
  8. How do you get something under the deflector to bore it out bud? I did mine like that and made a right pigs ear of it? I put two slits in mine, folded it back, made the hole 'a bit too big I think' and then hammered it back down again!
  9. Cheers dude. What size is the smaller tube? Also whilst I'm here, how much would it be for you to buy a new exhaust for my 346xp (50cc with nothing in the old exhaust), port it and send it to me?
  10. Hiya Spud, hope you're well? I got given a 024av wood boss by an old chap the other day and I was wondering what sized hole should be added to the exhaust to liven it up a little?
  11. I'll let you know when I'm off out for a rec climb, I'm just in Sheffield.
  12. Forget I said that, being a spanner, the email was from the children's trust not you so found them 😀
  13. Should I have had an email too Steve?
  14. I think it's about a 4lb head Jon. It is a fine axe and does it's job well. I was impressed just by the fact that with just one axe you can split a big gnarly round up, split one of the bits into kindling and then make a feather stick out of a bit of that to get a fire going! You'd have struggled to cut yourself with my last splitting axe ha!
  15. Really that bad hey? May go for the gb puck stone then!
  16. Is the fiskars sharpener folks preferred way of keeping the x27 super sharp? I do find the metal they're made of is real soft and soon dents!
  17. Splendid, thank you very much. Hope your 2014 is truly remarkable 👍
  18. Just checking to see if you got mine Steve?
  19. Neither have I 😃 Happy new year foxy and all 😃
  20. Nothing, as a family we are just getting the two little kids my sisters adopted presents this year, it's going to be fantastic when they come round 😃
  21. The HAAS does look good! Did you make your own?
  22. Yeah I can't wait until it's working correctly Dan! When I popped in the shop they said that it's the only they've sold that's had the problem! They have had a few people in with the strop loop breaking though, I've now backed mine up now so I can't loose it out of a tree!
  23. Could you put it here too please? Any help for future folk fitting one would be most welcome I'd imagine!!
