  1. Very unlikely to be a fault with the Aspen IMO. More likely to be a fault with the saw causing a lean mixture (air/fuel, not the oil in the fuel), whether an air leak or incorrect carb settings. If you are looking for a new saw, there are good alternatives to Stihl and Husky.
  2. If nothing else, it would have spared us all 'Buster'.
  3. +1 here. I have had a couple of saws 'Spudded' and they are great. Very good work at a reasonable price.
  4. It was asking for it.
  5. First time I saw it was yesterday on Facebook.
  6. Thank you all. Keep the signatures coming please, everybody.
  7. Could I ask people to sign this petition to protect ancient woodland, please? https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/118164/signatures/new Thanks in advance.
  8. When I met you, I thought you were born in Windsor?
  9. Have you not learnt yet, no drinking and reading at the same time?
  10. You're more forgiving than me, Alec. I would have got them on camera and then had them for criminal damage.
  11. Can't beat a nice demarcation dispute.
  12. Given that the scenario would be one of a tort, surely the keys will be your client's owed duty of care and have they taken reasonable steps to undertake that duty of care? In my opinion they have most definitely done so, as evidenced by the schedule of inspections and work carried out. I can't see that it would hurt to have evidence that reduction/removal have been refused due to the TPO. Out of interest, does the tree pre-date the arrival of the neighbour and is there an alternative parking space on the property?
  13. Fair one, but a chat with Geoff is always worth it.
  14. Looking at that you have done precisely bugger all today.
  15. My cat tends to cause trees to collapse.
  16. I pay about £18 inc vat per can for 2t at Does in Essex, which includes a discount for buying 5 at a time.
  17. Yes, your story touched me deeply. I hope you didn't mind me sharing it with the forum.
  18. Whoever wins could be sitting on a gold mine. Massive 10ft tall Tree Stump Log For Carving Sculpture Monolith | eBay
  19. Would you charge extra for skipping?
  20. Not from the Dengie, then?
