you'll be fine mate:thumbup: with the free fall sink cut and really with all your cuts you need good work positioning, this is the key for precise cuts. make sure you have good triangleation on you're main ancore point and you're work position strop, this enables you to be locked in to position when preforming you're cutting. in regards to the sink cut start with the most difficult angle first. let us know hoe you get on with the test and relax and take your time:thumbup: regards western.

All the best mate, my only advise is, take your time to get into a good work postion so you can do your cuts spot on! it not a race the examiner will only want to see if your safe enough to do it on your own without supervision. just chill and your be fine:thumbup: regards western
  10. Hello all, does anyone know if anyone is running a U.A course in south wales soon? thanks for reading, Regards western
  11. what thickness is the flipline mate? i find the positioner more effective on a larger diameter rope. i have a skinny flipline and i find it slips a little on it.
  12. hiya mate, i have a art positioner 2! if you would like, i could copy the instruction manuel and send it to you by post ? The manuel shows you step by step with diagrams on how to take apart and reasemble. regards western

    Weight loss

Hello all, i have been training for the past 8month's and have managed to lose over 2stone and pack on a fair bit of muscle, just from eating 6small meals aday consisting of quailty protein such as lean steak, chicken, fish, cottage cheese eggs and complex carb's such as brown rice, sweet potatoes whole meal bread etc and as much veg as i like. I also take multi vits, and whey protein for recovery after the training. My training week is very intense: i train 6day's a week starting on sunday with chest and arm's, monday legs, tuesday and wednesday 45min cardio, thursdays shoulders, friday, back and tricep's. All resistent training consists of; starting with 10min cardio warm up/warm down: 5-6different excercises for each muscle group, 5sets of 10-12 reps getting heaver with each set, 30sec's rest between rep's and 2mins rest between excercises. Try this programme if you want to very/very ripped.
  20. Hi mate, and welcome to arb talk. firstly these courses are not cheap, but 1500 for cs30-cs31 does sound a little on the high side. You could inrole on a full time course for that sort of money! This mite sound like a daft question, but have you tried googling tree surgery/forestry training providers in you local area? Here are a couple of the best ones i know off -Merrist wood college -Kingswood training -plumpton college All the best with the course hunt you'll get ther in the end, western:thumbup:

    Worried

Put a small piece of 4x2 on the seat with a 9" nail in it with a empty pillow case over the top, they will get a nasty sting in the back side when they jump in
