  2. well said martyn and it is very true:thumbup: i Know so many people who are not even in tree work that would be happy to earn that money. In this current economic climite, i dont think people can be fussy if they want to get there foot in the door so to speek. btw martyn i'll be in touch soon, may have a week's work for us when i get back.

  4. I have a yale throw line, really happy with it! It's strong, and has low memory. can't recall what the price was, but i think its was around £25. hope this is of some help. western.
  5. what i would do is go for a walk in the wood find some old loggs aprox a 1m-2m long then dig a hole about a 1ft deep, place logg up right in the hole, then back fill, and then practice your felling cut's on this:thumbup: p.s don't take wood fron stacked timber pile's:biggrin:

Done a job for a lovely coupe some time ago, after the job was completed and the transaction was received "they said we have some more work for you to price, "can we come to some sort of agrement on the price" i said curtently and i have had repet custom there after. If i feel i can get more work from someone i work the situation in a way that everyone is a winner. Western:thumbup1:
