  3. I'am really gutted i'm missing this one I've been using this fourm for...well, must be getting on for three year's now and always wished there was a climbing get-together in Wales. Now i have moved from south wales to vienna, you lot have decieded to have a recreational climb with out me, you bugga's:lol: Anyway's i might me back in the summer at some point, so i'll keep you all posted and maybe if everyone's up for another climbing get together we can organise one when i'm back. regards, western.
  4. may be phellinus igniarius but not convinced, because of the size of the fungi in the pic's. Phellinus igniarius is nomally 8-25 cm across.
  5. Hello, western here. my first guess would be Ganoderma adspersum but there again this type of fungi is normally stem and roots based, not so common high up in the tree.

    All is good in Austria thanks, working hard and playing harder!!!. Not sure how long i'm going to be over here, just waiting for my mrs to get some work. if thing's dont work out for her employment wise i may be back end of the summer and i may take you up on the offer of working with you. I've a fair bit of kit to offer, got all climbing gear, three saw's pull ropes, blower, spikes and maintenance tools. Like 'you' said "truck and chipper and bob's your uncle". How's thing's with work for you?

  14. hey mark, austria is one hell of a cool place to work!!! work ranges from dismantals, lots of reductions, and general tree caresame as back home really. its a nice relaxed place to work and if you do domestic jobs always get a good tip:thumbup:
  15. i'am glad all is working out for you, i dont think you'll have any trouble finding work out there, try arb jobs maybe some job offers on there. me and the mrs are thinking of comeing to oz next year, maybe. the reason for comeing to Austria is for work really, there was a job posted on here, sent off the c.v and got the job:001_cool: all the best mate, keep in touch. sam
