  2. It’s light on its tracks and with care not bad on grass if you turn tight like all tracks makes a mess also depends on load fully laden weighs 2.5 tonnes
  3. I bought a mini Dumper two weeks back 1500kgs swivel skip,tray skip and loader fits in the back of a large transit

Buy a scanner and genny then do the Street works course or manufacturers they will show you how to use one but there is no replacement for practise there are a lot of cables and pipes that they won’t show. My insurance insists that I use one, the new scanners have gps and time they show where and when they are used ............... or not

    I know you know everyone knows apart from the lady who’s retaining wall it is.the chainsaw leaves too rough a joint and too much to clear up, cross cuts are being done with a circular saw,

    I need to cut some tight joints into some green as in wet sleepers, tried the usual handsaws bahco, spear and Jackson, Irwin they all bind not clearing sawdust or kerf not wide enough, any recommendations

  19. I think that time is also a factor I have been running my business from home for the past 18yrs I live in listed house in a conservation area in town planners came round last yr after neighbour complained couldn’t do much due to length of time operating
  20. I fitted air helpers to the rear with on board compressor can carry much more and still look right and handle well
  21. True make them spend time and effort then more chance of being caught or giving up there is a lot you can do.cctv is a waste of money if not backed up or monitored,security in depth is what is required make them spend time and make noise.
  22. Point taken however if you have this loader I suspect the value of the rear of your kit exceeds £100000 vehicles, saws grinders etc to have only cctv not battery backed up and a pair of gates. No remote alarms your loader picks up a tonne no concrete block behind gates ,loader locked up and disabled there was much more you could have done.Apologies if you did and don’t want to broadcast it on here
  23. £30000 machine left near £1500 trailer makes theft easy for any lowlife wanting to take a chance
  24. I have 130 with terra firma rear springs fitted as singles with air helpers inside along with a anti roll bar and Michelin tyres up to 1.8 tonnes no problems
  25. I never had trouble being paid it was the retention that I never got kept 5% just in case they found a tree we hadn’t cleared for 12 months then said that the paperwork wasn’t signed to say the job was complete so could not pay!
