    What are you going to buy anything good is going to be 15k plus and then some rebuild new chassis and bulkhead then you can carry on using for next twenty years until they ban diesel!

    Weld plates so the water isn’t trapped at the bottom remove the bark ,you are better off if you can use heartwood, might be too large.think about the top stop water collecting in the joints and most important post pictures when complete

    Yes to all three, mostly now groundwork’s,hard landscape ,tree planting,bit of site clearance ,instal gate automation , too old to climb trees anymore and I can recommend doobins posts! Home is north Essex but work all over uk

    Ask for 800 kg builders bag of sand at the front, personally I would steer clear this truck won’t make you much money and will cost you dont let your desires rule your head you thought somthing was wrong or you wouldn’t have posted here if stubby says avoid I would listen patience one will come along you might have to travel for it

    Looking at the picture it looks like the ram is braced of the rear cross member ,navaras are not known for there chassis strength the ram needs to be much further forward like in the pictures see what others say I could be wrong

    The answer is how many times have you seen a set up like this, my money is they only had a short ram so made it fit, I would guess the tipper works very quickly give the small amount of ram travel test it put a builders bag full of sand at the cab end see if it tips the strain on the body and hydraulics must be incredible

    If the ram is too close to the hinges it tears itself apart, requires a lot more force to lift buck not good for a tree surgeon who regularly overloads

    Far better to tap in before meter less chance of being caught, dug through a private supply rigged of a lamppost last yr must have been there for years

    And you know who pays that in the long run?? I work for the gas distributors on mains I know why your gas bill is steep I can’t think electricity is any different

    Pass it back to the main contractor no conflict of interest . To do properly can take days of observation

    Remember all these loaders are made to push and lift, when fitting a winch via the quick hitch you are pulling in the wrong direction they will power winches far larger than is safe, loler, puwer etc I’m not saying don’t do it but be careful take a look at an avant style head stock two bits of 5mm plate and 50 MM 10mm bar hardly a strong fixing

    They have already admitted that the supply isn’t on the drawings as a single domestic supply they have no right to cross a private garden or to remove trees from the garden my neighbour wants to build a garage where the power crosses his land he’s given notice to uk power to remove the overheads within 6 months they apparently have to move them it would be different if the same cable fed is house then it stays

    My supply comes to my house via two neighbours gardens one has requested removal of the supply it’s going to cost uk power networks over 40k to reroute less than 50 metres of supply and they can’t say no

    Forget wayleave and easements if it a domestic supply cable tell them to remove

    If the cable is not supplying your property or outbuilding with no wayleave ( it’s unusual to wayleave above ground you have every right to give them notice to remove the cable at there expense

    Make sure of your facts, if you have been trading from home for I think 5 years without a complaint your can carry on by default

    Work out your facts 1 how long have you lived in house 2 how old is the business 3 how long have you parked vehicles at your house 4 do you rent or own / mortgage 5 can you prove you have a yard there are time limits for the council to act but I’m not sure how long do your employees/ subs come to your house each morning I had similar problems parking tractor on drive council turned up not much they could do however check your deeds as parking vans etc could be not allowed
