  3. No you are responsible for repairs. I do look after the machine meticulously even wash the damn thing, it will eat conifer willow pop, and can chip away at hardwoods as well. The max I have done is 4" conifer, but you have to feed it. Best thing is that a lot of my clients like it and I walk along the garden and chip away into their borders

  5. Logged on this morning, afternoon and this evening and it;s still telling me the last time I logged on was 3pm today. Strange?
  6. Sorry meant change blades every 60 hours before someone starts asking daft questions
  7. Jo Beau M300 Chipper. Had one for 2 years now. Excellent machine never had a fault, change blades every 6 hours. I lease mine over a 5 year period for £98.00 A MONTH. Thats £3.00 a day! Beat that:001_tt2:

  10. Got a decent oak to dismantle in a few weeks with a tree house in it. Should be fun finding the nails and screws up there:confused1: Will post pics when done

Dad at 24, 5 children later. 1 son married in the army, about to make sergeant and go to Canada for 2 years. 1 Daughter married 2nd son about to be married next May, however a little baby grand daughter decided to arrive a wee bit early. I have 2 more daughters to give away then I can retire.not!!

  15. Ha ha. Have a couple of friends that I do work for in Alsager. Was late for an appt otherwise was going to pull over and say hello. As far as being old is concerned; just became a Grandad!

  22. Timber stocks getting low so considering buying in. Been offered approx 4m3 of oak timber 6" stems to process into logs for £50.00 is this a fair price?
  23. just dont put the rope straight in the machine as it might get caught between the drum and the door, then you will rquire a new rope and machine!
