  6. I don't like u1500s or u1700's they are just squat ugly, not big enough to be worth the hassle with their width. U1650 is the daddy for everything, then a u1600. If you want a big tower then jump tothe u2150 plus. Cracking u1600 on EBay just now, no rear linkage though!

I dug through my own and my nieghbours, she went bonkers, :001_rolleyes:BT got called, it was the end of the world, can't believe you guys didn't know about the epic broken BT cable from Largs in 2006!!!! BT engineer turns up, and it was a guy who we had out in a shut down 1 day on a rad elm job, I bought him 2 bacon rolls and a coffee that day. He fixed the cables, he said a nice turn deserves another, never got a bill and the planet re balanced after the nieghbour did some more moaning:sneaky2:

  17. I have a double saw Alaskan mill with 6 ft bar I got from Rob, it's emense with 2 088's. Pitty you are so far away.
  18. I think it will just dry and the bark will fall off soon. My late mate made a table out a huge scots pine ring, would of been 3 feet across. He ended up getting a blacksmith to make a metal grid like frame underneath to hold it together. Sorry best I can offer.

  21. Sorry for your loss mate and good luck on Monday Lumpit! Today was probably the wettest day of the year here, the job was to heavily reduce rubbish willows on a steep slope with hawthorn and brambles under it. 1 of the lads was moan moan moan, wine winge winge, it just cheered me up, the guy I was working for commented on the wet day and I said." how many folk wish they were here doing this" Life is so precious! I am spending today's earnings on a day out tomorrow with the family and I am now having my dinner and my new favourite drink, champagne and lemon sorbet !
