  1. Nice poke and tyre stretch! Police will love you lol Theres a huge vw scene around here, my mates just sold his slightly ratted caddy had a 2litre gti engine, racing cam, ported and polished, was stupid fast on 13inch wheels!
  2. Post the pictures on here mate and lets have a nosey
  3. I think Andy Gray and Richard Keys should be sacked after their ignorant, sexist comments on TV. Sky Sports should set an example and give their jobs to female presenters. Preferably ones with really big tits!
  4. My boss has got his on ebay mate, you could collect it to save on postage as your localish maybe. It got a crack in the rear handle but its been there for ages and not caused a problem.
  5. Yep thats my bosses one, dont be put off by that mate. Been like that for years and not caused a problem
  6. My boss has got one for sale on ebay at the moment, great saw!
  7. I would do a trial week to prove myself if i needed to, its perfectly normal/resonable to do a days free trial.
  8. Downlaod the nptc scepdule off there website mate, will tell you all you need to know.
  9. I dont want to have kids, so there you go, someone have a couple on me lol Good thread Dean, with you all the way on this one.
  10. Haha proper job. Il have to give it a miss mate, i imagine jon (mendiplogs) would be interested.
  11. You not want it for yourself mate?
  12. If i had the money yes! Do you take credit cards? Im just having to fork out for a new turbo, and fix the bits my van failed its MOT on so any money i had for cord has long gone, oh and insurance. Actually, depends how much delivery worked out at.
  13. I dont do mates rates for that reason... They can pay like everyone else one way or another.
  14. Posted this on another thread, but thought it may be worthy of its own thread, mainly due to the introduction of ECU remaps and "chips" which alter your engine performace. If these are found/picked up on your trucks it may well be a fail! I often read of people putting/doing this to there trucks so thought it may be of interest. Seems it should be easy enough to get around. Couldnt find a link to the VOSA website, but this link talks about the remaps/chips. Its a post on another forum but it seems to sumerise it well. VOSA MOT Changes - Page 2 - totalMINI Forums A google search will bring up the other changes.
  15. Also, in 2012, ecu remaps will be picked up on M.O.T tests, this will be a fail. A couple petrol head friends have told me this, just looking for an online source to post on here. OK, found a summary posted on another forum. http://www.totalmini.com/forum/9-general-discussion/15583-vosa-mot-changes-2.html Seems to sumarise it pretty well, and should be able to get away with your remap if its done properly.
  16. Agreed, i dont always wear PPE. On a work site yes, but when at home using the saw or processing firewood for myself i dont always wear it. Common sense goes a long way in this industy.
  17. "Is he a martyr or is he a jalfrezi?" "I think i'm confused, but I'm not sure." Brilliant film!
  18. My kit gets thrown around a fairbit, even if its from the barn onto the truck in the morning. If i didnt think crabs were man enough to take a bump now and again i wouldnt climb on them.
  19. I would say you wont find it any cheaper than that anywhere delivered in. Dont sell it by the tonne. If you sell it at £80per cubic metre, which is perfectly resonable, you will make more money. 1cubic metre will weigh less than a tonne. Dont be afraid to put your prices up, explain to your customers about the increase of fuel, raw material costs, etc...
  20. This reminded me of an old TPO application my tutor showed me at college. "Applying to protect one horseradish.."
  21. Is that delivered or roadside? Works out at just over £48 per tonne, which is about as cheap as your going to find it at the moment.
