  1. I have worked with this member on more than one occasion, and can vouch that he is very hard working. I would have no problem employing him if i had my own buisness. He has had a hard time of late with his previous employer, and deserves a break, if there are any guys out there with some work for him, i know he will apprciate it

  4. I would not tumble dry them Also, whilst on the subject of cleaning trousers. I clean mine very occasionly, i find they start to fall apart if you wash them to much.
  5. Been trying to avoid getting drawn into these threads. But here i am! I use a top handle one handed all the time, cutting and holding weather it be holding the saw in my right hand or left. I also use it on the ground alot, usually with 2 hands unless i am logging up small rails in which case i hold a rail in one hand and saw in the other. I believe training in one handed use should not be provided.

  10. Saw this on the news last night, just up the road from me. See there using Nigel Dunn's woodchipper to, cracking machine that, it was on display at the APF and hes based just down the road from me.

  14. Ive just done a quick online comparision, as mine is due next month. One more years driving experience, and one more years no claims, yet the cheapest i could find is £400 MORE than last years!
  15. Does anybody buy white diesel in bulk? Like you might do with red... Any saving to be had?

  17. Driving home earlier i passed 5 fuel garages, and although i didnt clock what the price was, people were queing out onto main roads at every station. Filling up before the V.A.T increase i assume. Might have to start running the van on red
  18. Ride motocross when i can, gets abit expenisve though. Taken to just going along to support my mate whos an up and coming talent, only 14 but hes off to Holland next weekend to race.
  19. Put the winch rope in a tyre, then put that over your shoulder, and then carry the winch in your arms.
  20. I know you can get a 15inch, dunno about any smaller.
  21. I would just offer price per ton, then pay whatever it worked out at.
  22. Theres no holes on the side casing of an 020 for you to bolt them onto.
