  1. Cheers I'm aiming for ketosis . Getting some Ketosis strips from the chemist tomorrow . Hopefully these will show how much I'm in or out of ketosis .
  2. Kept it quiet until now . I am on Day 6 of very little carbs . Having lost nearly 5lb . I realise that most will be water weight . Skin feels tighter , no highs and lows regarding energy . Am 1 scrambled egg , 3 pieces of ham , slice of cheese and a black coffee . Mid afternoon the same Then at 6 ish chicken breast and loads of broccoli with a slight covering of grated cheese . I feel brilliant . Down sides are mega bad breath , Going to the toilet through the night . The later is so I am told down to having low carbs as these make you hold water . I am drinking lots of water throughout the day . Please understand I,m only seeing what works for me and what doesn't . I will be sticking with this for 14 days .
  3. Steve I always thought black coffee was ok on a diet / life change apart from the caffeine ?
  4. Cool I thought it would be derelict by now or sold on
  5. Yes Huck spuds , bread and pasta make me feel like crap . Choice words but this thread is ( Food for thought ) . Give it a go I will
  6. Nice one All good here , Hope alls well over there .
  7. Hey Ben have you been on that Keto Diet since I first met you ? I can remember you being on and off it at least 3 / 4 years ago ? All the best
  8. Aye loving the last bit fell into tipper And a high five with the groundie Good day had by all . I was living in the old army camp in Crowborough in the late 1980s .
  9. Thanks for the reply Shavey
  10. Always liked them but parts are a ridiculous price . Oh and the steel bodies rot really quick .
  11. Nice one Where about's in Cheshire are you based ? We are in .South Cheshire
  12. Hows that yellow peril saw doing now . Customer of mine has bought one and when I had a go today it seemed to handle and cut exceptionally well during the brief time I had it . Although I did not check the inside covers for the husky stamp Whats the price difference between both saws ?
  13. Like I said Big J , We don't sell a lot of timber . Still you have to factor in getting it to roadside . My initial thought was that Oak at roadside would be a lot higher in value than Oak as firewood . There is not a massive difference . I realise your talking about processor sized Oak . Although I could make near the £162 if not more selling as fully processed firewood . Again I realise the extra effort and costs involved .Probably missing something again Obviously a site clearance job I would sell the lot just to get rid .
  14. Good business is that Wow I am shocked at how little value Oak has placed on it ? Not much different than firewood ? Unless I,m missing something . We don't sell much except from the occasional decent stick .
  15. Ha ha ha quality
  16. Ok thats your point of view . How about said person walked through a taped off area then tripped over or was hit by a fallen branch . I,m getting sued simple . On the flip side I dont want myself or anyone I,m working with to be accountable for an easily preventable problem . Taped off areas are done so for a reason . I for one think and hope that in a court of law I would be looked on quite favourably . Most off the time its Oaps or idiots walking through taped off areas . I will always stop and help an oldie through the area
  17. I would push , shove any physical able bodied member of the public if they entered any area I have taped off during a removal .Obviously I would ask them nicely at first .
  18. Nice one . I like the axe scenario , trouble is I,d use the bugger with force on man and vehicle . If and only if I ever catch any of these elusive buggers robbing on my land
  19. I love these boots . They will last a very long time . Soles are hard wearing . Book price is about over a £100 . I suspect that they are cheap as they are a small size .
  20. I welded some serrated teeth to my old timberwolf 125 single roller feed . It worked far better with my simple modification than it did from new
  21. I always end up humming the tune by that boy band Hanson , um bop
  22. Agreed Although I would also add the life and death scenario as quoted by Andy Collins .
