  1. Welcome, looks interesting, would like to see a person in it for scale.
  2. So I'm after a decent pair of wrap-around sunglasses for driving, running, and also for under my helmet. They'll mostly be worn out of work so nothin too bug eyed ideally. Hoping to spend around £40. Now I've no idea bout shades, to me they tend to either be 50p from the bargain bin or £120 oakleys so any advice would be great. I really like these but the price is puttin me well off, but something in my price range with these straps that I could take on and off would be perfect: Adidas Sunglasses Elevation Pro a141 Any ideas anyone?
  3. Great pics, managed to do a bit of climbing too over the weekend. Love how no matter what the tree, there's always a nice little hole in the canopy that provides an awesome view. Gotta agree though I can't climb without my work boots and type C's, I just don't feel as secure otherwise.
  4. Sorry to drag this thread up again but I've read through the guide and can't quite get my head around it. I don't own a hitchclimber but am very interested, especially, in the V-Rig system. If anyone could post a better picture than what comes in the guide it would be extremely helpful.
  5. Problem solved. Though if you've had a go maybe she won't do it again or maybe extend the height of the fence near there? Sorry no real good advice apart from the umbrella hat obviously. Edit: Obviously put the brolly on the tree not yourself.
  6. Thanks for sharing Dean, shows that you need to have control over your mind too and if know your not doing it right have the power to stop yourself. I know a few times I've had to really force myself to not do something stupid and I've not started swinging chainsaws round in trees yet.
  7. See what you mean about the face but I love the mane, very nicely done.
  8. Would love to see some of the things people can see cause I can only see the lemur, stick it in paint and give it an outline.
  9. Obviously there's no right answer, but on the tile I see a lemur's face, but a very human like lemur. Here's a pic for comparison and I've subtly outlined the features:
  10. Haha nice, here's one I found at home when the tiles were removed in the bathroom. What do you see?
  11. Ditto. Would have thought any wound on the tree is a potential entry point for disease, CODIT may be effective but is not 100% reliable. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Good on em though, better in the hands of hippies than highflying fatcats.
  12. Now don't go revealing your true identity or the papers will be all over you.
  13. It's almost not worth the extra effort, would love a go with one though, just have to make the sound FX yourself.
  14. Used to love harry enfield, the fast show was equally as good though.
  15. Congratulations. Might oaks from little acorns grow.
  16. Something like this would do nicely. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5xoBtsuKK4&feature=related]YouTube - Air Force Fun[/ame] Should be the next comp, best dance whilst felling, maybe a touch dangerous though.
  17. I really quite enjoyed that video, needs more dancing and tributes though:saint:.
  18. That's terrible, heard a few stories of sheds being set on fire but never someone stealing everything. Good luck in getting them back and sorry but I couldn't help but laugh in shock, that really is low. Least they'll still feel at home where ever they may be though.
  19. I'd need a bit of convincing but know I'd love it.
  20. Thanks for advice everyone, think we may just dabble in a bit of skiing but mainly stick to the tourist routes, I used to board a while back but my better half has never tried so probs just a taster will do us. Ice climbing sounds like a good idea, always wanted a go. Like the idea of it being quieter, less chance of things being booked up and hopefully I've heard places are quite a bit cheaper too.
  21. Those pro ascents look sweet. Does anyone ever wear rock climbing shoes, if not only for the footlocking or are they just too dainty?
  22. Specially if you paint a bit of blood around their pen and round their beaks, maybe they'll take the hint .
  23. Spike pits behind the fence! I really like the idea of a moat with a retractable drawbridge, would keep em from driving the van in.
  24. So hopefully around this time next year I should be jetting off to Australia and New Zealand with my girlfriend before having to settle down with a job and bills. My question is though, obviously it would be winter time over there, so is it really worth it or would the weather ruin it? We're wanting to do all the typical bungee jumping, skydiving and bridge climbing, but we also wanna be able to relax in the sun. From what I've read northern Australia would be fine, if not preferable around this time but everywhere else might just be wind and rain. Is everything even open during the winter, would hate for the main tourist traps to be closed. Basically any advice would be great. Especially if there would be a good way of doing it, like south island New Zealand first before winter kicks in and work our way up to north Aussie. edit - Would appreciate some info for things to do over there too, anything you loved or anything that was just a waste of money?
  25. Good display of power in a a kinda utterly pointless destructive sort of way but I'd rather see em get it through a hoop 50ft up a tree. Anyone got any vids of bigshot trickshots?
