  1. Can’t remember Dave to be honest but probably was, not the landys fault, they just make roundabouts too small these days [emoji23]
  2. Building trade has been doing it for donkeys
  3. Where did you get them for the same price as multi top teeth?? Northern arb supplies have them at 23 quip plus vat each, a multi tip tooth is about half that .
  4. Ok Paul , sorry well up your own arses! That better? I know it’s an old moan, and I know it’s not your call but if the AA want better promotion who else better to promote that the hard working members be they “professional “ or not! I know you have the “trees are good” window sticker but that’s for mrs miggins window , as contractors and members we need something like the ISA do if the AA want free promotion.
  5. The other thing Paul is because the AA is a little up itself we can’t even promote it on our vans as members, I’m a member of the ISA and promote that more both to domestic and commercial simply because I can, I’m not even a professional in the eyes of the AA , can’t use there logo on my trucks even though I’m a member so why should I promote them????
  6. Mine get 4 weeks per year plus bank holiday but 2 weeks are pre booked for Christmas shut down, it’s in there contract they have signed, once there leave has gone through the year it’s unpaid at my discretion and work load.
  7. Seems a bit sus with the no sign written trucks, your either after boni fied firms or tranny van man , a good firm with all you want will have written truck and uniform etc I could provide unwritten trucks but what about ppe and uniform are you providing that as mine is written? Also what’s the pay scal for a 3?man team and kit?
  8. Lol yes I meant whinging We will be doing it st some point
  9. I do admire the hard work you put in Paul, having to deal with loads on winging tight arse tree surgeons must be heart breaking [emoji23] For what it’s worth I’m sure I will get to a point where I get fed up of winging and get it done!
  10. As you well know Paul I have nearly done it a few times before but I still can’t see how it will help me, I’m stacked out with work do a fair bit of large commercial works for national company’s and the usual domestics but I have never been asked for AAAc , I’m happy to do it if it means some thing and gains me but I cant see it , we have all the accreditation needed for large commercial company’s and trust mark for domestics .
  11. I agree that’s pretty crap imo
  12. That’s from a dealer actually the forst is the same price
  13. It’s a little expensive by the looks of it , the 230 petrol is 14k plus vat, that’s best part of 2k more than the equivalent GM or Forst.
  14. Cars are produced in tens of thousands so work out much cheaper, our equipment is a tiny market with huge r n d costs Hence a much bigger price per unit.
  15. Out of all the machines mentioned I would get a bandit 90 and have done with it for 20 years!
  16. Yeah there not made for heavy forestry work but why such crap plastic, why not reasonably thick fibre glass as least, the Italians arnt very good at manafacturing though , look at Ducati and Alfa , both pretty but have build issues
  17. The 2 side panels inc graphics are 800 quid and there shite quality That price was for a 5 series as well so a bit smaller than yours
  18. Had one on hire, good machine but built by air fix! A good looking machine but those plastics are very delicate and very expensive , I wouldn’t touch one with so much plastic on fir 20+ k
  19. It was but isn’t now, business as normal
  20. Yeah sorry Steve bin mine pls
  21. I like the low ones very ala “Bandit”
  22. You spray it ? You will sub it out to forst [emoji23]
