    12 incher?

Qne with a 12 and one with a 14, use the 12" more as it just feels better and easier to handle in the tree, 14" is better for take downs though.
  2. Yeah i know you were josh, just saying the true price, stick with the 200t unless you get a rip snortin bargain for the husky.
  3. Be over soon for it Barry.........Must admit that was a cracking tool.
  4. think this is a re badged Zenoah and a bit iffy if i remember rightly, think Ed mentioned it a good few months back. Ms200 is no where near that retail more like £450 so to be honest i would stick with a 200t, at least you know what your getting.

  6. You really don't like TW, do you mate Did your wife run off with one of their sales men or something?? LOL, took a while to get a reaction, but i got it...... Dave, there ok for the money, they chip and parts are easy to get, i just dont rate the build of various parts of the machine, bearings and blower fine but to name just 2. i would have one but would look at other machines first. can understand why people run them. NO the wife is still here, she been told, run off with a chipper man and she better make it Greenmech, she's used to a bit of quality you know ..............
  7. Dont look a bad little machine to be honest, think it's been painted to "tart" it up for selling.
  8. Any idea why the fins sheared off? cos there cheap alloy and not steel, heard of a few doing this and the fins aint cheap either.
  9. Good job there Dean, properly done, i had forgotten how lightly those things are built. looks like a toy in your pics..........
  10. closest i have been is next door! Do a bit in the village as ya do but any thing up to 40 miles from base (for the right money) over i Halifax on saturday for a large firm i get a fair bit of work from.
  11. I know, makes you wonder. i did a job about a month back, crown lift and 10% thin some "big" sycies in a back garden, 2 of em no more than 30ft ladie wanted it done to shut next door up over light issues, she was quoted £1000 to do it, bit steep she thought, i charged her 300 quid and was done 3 hours, i felt a bit quilty but she was happy and 700 quid better off.......
  12. Nice steady day mate, the only thing that worried me a bit was what were you anchored into? that looked like it had been "topped" some years ago and your rope seemed to go up to almost nowt, wouldnt fancy anchoring to re growtn that thin myself. just my thoughts.

  18. Thats what i do, commercial work bill in the post and 30 days, domestic on the day or if there out i will call back for it, Like some have said, a bill in the post is an invite for extended credit, when i take the car in the garage or go to tescos they expect payment there and then and so do i unless i have arranged something with the client.
  19. Good find Ed, Fred would of loved that!
  20. Agree Peter, i have just moved to HSBC from A+L commercial, I called them up about a month ago when we thought the posties were going on strike and asked if there was any emergancy plans for paying cheques in only to be told "it's not our fault so NO" so i though with that attitude it was time for a move.
  21. 4 men for 4 days! bet the client was broke after that job, must of cost a small fortune Reg.
  22. Yes, very good site mate, well done. Where did you get the net bulk bags from and what sort of money are they? thinking of going down this route myself as every delivery is a known quantity and not just a "tipper load"
  23. So go then, give us a clue, what your web address?
  24. I have both, a Skoda Superb (passat) been and still is a top car with all the bells i want for less that the same car with a VW badge on! Also my greenmech 220 is a spot on tool, been v impressed with the amount of crap it can shift, there again with 55hp it should, been reliable aswell.
