As the rest of the replies mate go for it, you will never know unless you try and if it does not work out for you, stay on the ground, a good groundie is worth his weight in gold and can make the climbers job so much easier. But you are never too old go for it as you are always better to regret the things you have done rather than the things you have not!! Good luck.

  6. Nowt, i stopped going out years ago as with me not drinking i just became a taxi driver for drunking edjits, who started out as mates and ended up as enemies in the course of 4 hours. Happy new year to everyone when it arrives.

  9. a company round here has 2 they run gritters off them they look cool, i always thought they would be under powered for a three and a half ton pick up as they are a 1.9 diesel.
  10. No. i am isa cert arb i like it and it kinda forces me to keep in the loop knowledge wise as i have to gain my ceu every 3 year. you also get to call yourself a Certified Arborist, this impresses some clients and gets you the job and some it dont.

  16. great replies but unfortunately none of us are judges!! these people that pass out the sentence live in ivory towers and dont have to walk the same streets as us, the guy should have been given a medal and who care if he chased him out of the house and done him in the street, what is he going to do let him go and live in fear of him coming back? the only problem now is us as taxpayers keep this scumer on mobility for the rest of his life.

On the subject of hitches ive ditched the vt and went with the howard hitch find it much better, i think it was monkeyd and tomd that put it on the forum..cheers guys:thumbup:
