  2. Sounds like there is something on your mind mate, i find exercise is good do some cardio work then have a hot bath/shower about 3 hours before you go to bed.
  3. Yeah Rich i can see how the work and the repetitive motion of plastering would give them good strength for the clinch, so whats next for us 3 rounds on the pads then skim the wall in the gym

  6. I was talking to him too much and it went a bit off before he finished polishing it, man he was having to put a bit of effort in and it was on the ceiling so working above his head, looked well tiring. Something i have always admired is plastering its one of those old trades i really like:thumbup1: i had a go it was well tricky!! do you do the full spectrum of jobs in the building trade Jelly? i really enjoy building work renovated alot of my cottage myself and built dormers front and back.

  8. Thats clients for you every penny can be a prisoner!! Your quoted spec would have certainly made more of an impact but the way it is now the beds will be weed city in the summer Some jobs go this way mate, let it go and move on or do you still do the maintenance on the property?
  9. So are you all getting 3 big bags of split timber to 1 ton of wood?

  11. If its not a job i just hang up, but to be fair i dont answer calls with strange numbers or "unknown" on the screen and if it was a job and they want you they leave a message.
  12. Jelly is that the pot with the small diameter pipes sticking out pointing downward? This design i assume causes an updraft/draw.

  14. Who are you insured with mate? as im through arbinsure my kit is valued to £15000 and works out at £5.50 a week!! i would rather have my kit insured than try the microdot route, you are still running the risk of the police actually finding the item, i dont have enough confidence in them to put my livelihood in the hands of the police some of them could not find there ar-se with both hands.
