    sounds like its low on oil or pressure relief valve sticking open,normally found on the side of the pump body,some are ajustable.

    check the inlet manifold for splits,has it been dropped ?

    its got 2 kilo omms on it, what does it control ?any good electronics guy should be able to sort you out and tell you what you need.
