  1. hoggs pro boots,comfy and waterproof ,steel toe,grippy sole about 65 quid ,look online ,had a few pairs now and used to last about a year with no maintainance,ex boot cant go wrong for the money,not chainsaw protective though.great for wide feet too

  6. i have a eland 160,ex welder will weld what you want to do.
  7. are the nuts a left hand thread on the near side like transits ?,if not are the offside ? if so the halfshafts could be on the wrong side of the axle ie- back to front.if that make sense
  8. duck tape or if your not fussed what it looks like fibreglass the roof that will sort it, not cheep tho

  10. here`s my splitter i built about 6 yrs ago from scrap we had lying about the w/shop,only thing i had to buy was pto pump/g/box ,hoses and a few fittings

  12. i too dont use logs,just all the rubbish i wont sell,crap that would of gone on the bonfire and the small rounds 3"and under.
  13. bearingbros online for belts,top quality and cheeper than my local stockist. belts for my processor were 7 quid each goodyear, localy were £17 each + vat cheep crap lasted a day
  14. no not new m8,old prefab concrete panel,only use gas for cooking,electric for h/w and old villager for heat,dont like c/h

  16. yes tried it once yrs ago with a eland 160 amp mig, used 1mm wire and not very successfull as couldn`t turn the power down enough. had it on lowest setting and the wire speed flat out trying to weld alloy plate it welded of a fashon but not good.i wouldn`t bother again. better off with a tig as said above

  18. im a member on there as i got a mk3 hilux,if you cant post let me know and i will post the question for you,sounds like diode in alt feeding back to me. tho could be the brush pack if fitted as diodes combined in the pack.would have to check mine.
  19. have you tried it with 3 wraps on the loop ?
  20. ive still got the original oregon sharpener like that that takes files,got it of the old man when he packed up so older than i am,but still sharpens quick and easy
  21. 3 bed semi dont use the c/h cant stand it ,just cook on gas about 12 quid a quarter
