  7. Looks like I struck lucky with the celeriac and beetroot. You too with the Jerusalem artichokes, though they have got a much cooler name now apparently. fashionable+vegetables - Recherche Google WWW.GOOGLE.COM
  8. Yeah, I know. It was a bit of a tongue in cheek comment, it's more the super foods, fashion goods thing thats my beef!
  9. Nought. Micro greens are a bag o' wank as far as I'm concerned. Might as well have a proper portion of real green veg. Edit. That was just a kids growing kit, Cress hair egg head idea, a stocking filler.
  10. Yes, he hit a few nails on the head again. Also, Musk isn't the only one exploiting the victims here, there's plenty of others trying to gain political capital, and not just politicians.
  11. Stage one. Take note @AHPP. Fill your (micro) boots.
  12. Seasoning time is the big bonus with Willow, it's quick. Relatively speaking. Hard to put a figure on it as it's so dependent on all the variables but I'd say a year under ideal conditions.

  14. What Coriander stalks? Good luck with that! Interesting one is Coriander. For myself I found it to be an acquired taste. The first few times I had fresh leaves I completely had the soap experience, couldn't understand how anyone could like it. Didn't take long though before I got to like it, now I love it. Especially in Thai or Indian stuff. Not that we have it very often as it's bastard hard to grow successfully here! There also a big difference between fresh leaf and coriander dried seeds. The latter is far softer and less soapy.
  15. I'm sure we can winkle it out of him somehow.
  16. I've noticed a horrible stink with rotten Ash. Now I don't have to smell horse piss, thanks.

  22. Bit of millet actually, close to the pinnacle of mealy blandness, gnocchi has far too much flavour.
