  1. If he is keen and a good worker , sack him and He can work with me then I can benefit from his lesson learnt He really is your responsibility/climbers on site, as mentioned newbies on site Have a lot to take in. As long as he isn't dangerous to himself and others And he learns you Should end up with a keen and loyal worker. You know him and his possible potential ?? it's a pain when stuff gets shagged but accidents can happen at least everyone went home safe. I would just chat to them together and get them to gel as a team and say 'do it again then u will be paying'

  14. If you have a landi tipper plated at 3.5 it would depend on Alli or steel tipper and wot kit you where Carrying etc. There are lots about that have been home Made with out helper springs and reinforced Rear chassis at the tip point so be wary of these. To answer your question not much over a tonne. As you say they can carry more , with sound bushes and Anti Roll bars from discos etc but they can sway from side To side over weight and be a little bit hairy especially towing A chipper, so important to have an enclosed chip box to keep Your chips dry. Where they are great for off road with articulation it can work Against you on Tarmac You will not carry as much as your trailer combo that's for sure And you would have to do more trips so you may be no better off
  15. Windy and wet and I guess it's staying for A while, on the bright side I'm warm and dry Until those road side trees start falling !

  18. Leak in fuel lines ?not sure on defenders but A problem with discos where they rub in chassis By the tank. If it's cold n having problems Starting unless u catch it,may it not be a dodgy Battery? Changed mine last wk and it seems to fire Up quicker than you can turn the key. B4 it took a Couple of cranks and foot flat to the floor to catch n fire up.
  19. Cubas all a changing they are starting to allow Properties to be sold rather than being passed down. It is now or will be soon a land of oppurtunity. My mate has only just got Mexican citizenship and has Owned properties and a vast amount of jungle nr Tulum for yrs where He has built a magnificent house so there is always A way around these things....we sailed in 16 yrs ago and he stayed. And I gained two god children :-) But don't worry I haven't got 100k spare just yet !

A Sihk was one of the highest awarded fighter pilots of WW2 it is also well documented even by the Germans in both wars That they were ferocious warriors even without ammo they would Draw there swords and charge towards the enemy. Over 2million from that continent volunteered and more of there forces Where killed than our own.. Then we done them over after the war.. Now that's thanks
