1. Big Bandits are great, if you want something light I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Their smaller stuff isn't as good as the competition (I doubt they do anything that weighs less than 750kg to be honest).
2. Quick bump on this - we are on site next week and could do with a local home for the logs and chip if possible? Cheers all.
3. All I know is that my new Navara does at least 120...
4. Easylife at Cuddington/Delamere are very good too.
5. He's not wearing PPE but other than that he looks like he knows what he's doing. It's his house, his tree, nobody has employed him to do the job - I can't see a problem myself. If he chooses to not wear PPE that's up to him -I personally wouldn't use a chainsaw without but we live in a free country! In fact, it looks like he's better at felling than the lads who dropped the poplar across the road in the recent thread!...
6. The 130 is usually plated 3500kg I think. With a light body it probably doesn't weigh much more than 2 tonne empty.
7. Hi - I'm looking for a tip site for woodchip in Welshpool next week if anyone wants a few loads anywhere? Probably looking at 25-30m3 of chip, all hardwood. There will also be a few tonnes of timber looking for a new home. I have a site for all of it in Oswestry but was ideally trying to find somewhere as local to the centre of Welshpool as possible. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them either on here or on 07970188050. Cheers, Dan.
8.
I might see you on Saturday then pal, I'm at a wedding on Thursday so Friday will almost definitely be a write off!!!

9. Hey up Jase - good to see you turning up on here! Now I've got another way to hassle you for information 24 hours a day!!!
10.
Hey up Jase! Are you going to be at the APF pal?

11. I've got one coming on 1st sept - never even driven one tbh but have had three D40s with no issues and have only heard good reports of the new one so thought it worth a punt (I like the look of it and the spec is great, so want to stick with what I know). I saw a ranger today that looked great with a big American style grill and massive wheels, but otherwise I reckon the nav is the best looking truck and the old one was far and away the best to drive amongst its competitors so I'm expecting the new one to be even better with coils all round. The warranty is massive so there shouldn't be any surprises that can't be resolved! Ps - I'll let you know if it's crap!
12. I've poured money into a Toyota Dyna with the Hilux d4d engine - electrical issuesarama!
13. If you look at the pics the remaining section is a big cantilever that formed the support for the bit that was pushed/slid off. It won't be going anywhere now, it is under less load than pre-collapse.
14. New model new shape brand new £19500 plus vat from Chorley Nissan. They are using an adblue set up from now on, this is one of the last without. The only downside is it's white - I could have had a black one from Bristol Street for the same money but they wouldn't give anything like as much for my part exchange.
15. I'm getting a brand new top of the range all singing all dancing Navara Tekna on 1st September for £19500 - for an extra 2.5k I know which I'd rather have (and will depreciate less fast!)...
16. Ace, cheers!
17. If you fancy doing an extra one I'd happily buy it! Super handy bit of kit.
18. Every time I try that my dog attacks me...
19. That's rubbish news, gutted for you.
20. A couple of handholds cut out and lined with the round bar (similar to a beer barrel) might be handy for dragging it around. Ace job - looks fantastic!
21. Awesome stable! I've been looking at jobs with your Liebherr in mind after seeing it in the flesh at Hillhead. These pics do give a good impression of the size of the 8 tonner to be fair!
22. I've had 3 (just waiting for my fourth to be delivered), have a few mates with them of various ages/conditions, never seen or heard of one snap (other than internet horror stories). Best trucks out there IMO, been ahead of the competition from day one as a complete all-rounder.
23. Great ads here - keep it up chaps! This one makes me laugh (not sure why, but I think it's funny anyway)!
24. Apologies for the derail by the way!
25. Note to all - be aware that booking the CSCS health and safety touch-screen test is relatively cheap and is undertaken at the same places that do the driving theory tests. You can book direct - there seem to be many third party providers out there who will book the test and supply a CSCS card at massively inflated prices.
