  1. You would prob get the best price on a genie lift from nationwide for that size and timescale. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  2. Makes it justifiable to put even occasional uses and part time staff through the ticket so that they are classed as competent and more likely covered by your insurance if anything should go wrong. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  3. Going to try and sort 1 near me (richmond, North Yorkshire.) end April start of may as got a trainee and brash grunt that could do with having it for council contract work, easiest way iv found is just get the lantra workbook or afag guides, work through them as in house training and then get an independent assessment done on site with your machine. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  4. That looks good Eddie, bet it's pricy but save some amount of time if your regularly swapping stuff over and save some strain on the tilt rotator for normal digging sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  5. If you flick down the related video list after that link you will find a clip of the katanaboy cutting a 4" tree in 6 strokes. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  6. Wouldn't know, can't stand the stuff Proper beer all the way or guiness if in it the only thing on offer sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  7. Hay hay hay! Thought you was back up north to do some for me Ah well it's there if you want it but Thursday we'd much appreciate a good roap runner at polam hall to monolith the emblem tree. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  8. Next time I have to think of a round for a quiz that'll be it, thanks sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  9. My wife now thinks iv totally cracked after I'm sat with tears rolling down my face almost unable to keep reading for laughing. Going to copy that for the workshop wall next to the hse poster  sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  10. This is the t170 with 570tl I drive at moment handling rather large redwood and a t160 with 570tl handling some heavy oak a few years ago. Prefer the longer reach of the 570 and haven't noticed any less lift close in than the 560 but as said watch your pipes. Years ago I used a 4pot valtra with a forestaria crane on top and found it very wobbly even with ballasted wheels and rim weights and a huge block on the front. I'd always go 6pot, stability over maneuverability any day, if you're in a tight space folding up the grab bar on the front can help. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  11. Not too bad at all, still smarts if I nock it hard or a small child jumps on it in bed at 5am on a Sunday morning sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  12. Such a hard life you lead!! I feel so sorry for you. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  13. Got the hedge tamed today with 2 more rb44 loades of chip and an overloaded ifor of timber. Spot the BT wire that made things fun. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  14. Tie a slip knot above the zz and clip the bottom carabiner to it so it can't slip anywhere, always did this with the hitchclimber as it did slip up 1day just out of reach which was not easy to sort. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  15. Hb20 then from your description. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  16. Just wish it didn't have 6 BT lines in it, 1 that runs the whole length inside the hedge sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  17. Forgot to add this, oak, 6"down, 30min, just keep em sharp and clear the crud before it gets in your way. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  18. You could go for something like an rg13 or even a roc grinder, both at the small end of the market but if your clever and don't mind sore shoulders you can do the little stumps with this or even the odd larger 1 if you don't need to go deep and stack up the 1s that can wate and hire a bigger machine and make a bom over a few days sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  19. Just a few from end of last week and today. Bit of biomass. Big black pop taken down with a 24m tracked platform then fell the stem. Git of a hedge topping job, 12m platform, 24m queb of chip so far and 5ton of timber, back tomorrow to finish off. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  20. Rap up warm bud, chilly up north so don't want you getting that bad chest again from a cold night. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  21. Have you considered the husky blowers? Iv just got the largest model and although it looks big compared to it my mates br600 is a hamster sneeze. Extremely low vibes and not too noisy but at 70odd cc not a passing wasp. Had it on my back for over half an hour walking round a graveyard doing a final tidy up after a weeks work and was so comfortable and excellent at hiding stuff under hedges. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  22. Got 1, also works well I found but not always easy to use a pantin if lots of branches about as so easy to flick out. Excellent for free hanging assent work. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  23. Replace farmer with arb boss sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  24. The redirect idea is more for if you have to drop over a branch or fork and have an increase in friction from this. Just easing the load on tired arms. More for deadwood jobs where a lot of come down walk along a limb then return to start point and repeat. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  25. It's the emissions that can be a problem sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
