  4. He's giving you your own key to the house to put on it? Or you dropped it in the river but it floated so saved your keys? :-P The obvious is too obvious to be obvious so obviously it can't be the obvious I think? sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.

  6. Eddie, you say fully recyclable cans, I have around 40 at the back of my garage where they get lobed when empty, do you want em back as local tip said I couldn't put them in the plastic recycling skip as they had a combustible in once? sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  7. Gave my woodchuck duel a bit of a try yesterday and was amazed at how easy it grips the timber, didn't really need to turn much but worked well for freeing a trapped saw. Excellent tool, thanks Rob. Might get a foot for it off you at the show. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  8. 2nd best purchase you've made after the harness itself, just wip the old 1 off and velcro the new 1 on and the difference is instant especially when you've got a lot of clobber hanging off you. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.

  12. That's a bit like my house august, toy chainsaws and trucks everywhere. Nothing like the welcome home from a happy child after a hard day. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  13. That's a lot of machine for 25hp to be charge off! Bet the fuel economy isn't too good. Looks a well built bit of kit having said that. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  14. Careful still can end up with a finger that looks like a bum and has no feeling in it! sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  15. Was going to quote rover as I like the stile of that. I always say to lads come have a day with us and see how we get on and purposely book in a bit of a crappy job like clearing thorn or a long drag job too see how they stick it, get them away from the you tube image of tree work that's all coaching stuff down and spectacular locations. Amy I hope you get to where you want too be, and having read this thread you sound the type that will make it happen. Keep it up. Sent from my iPad using Arbtalk
  16. What non of my daring balancing act of precision crashing bits off the tree :'( Thanks for the help again Paul, twas a good day, perfect weather, lovely setting, interesting tree and home made cheese scons from the lady in the house sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  17. As Stephen says use a redirect if you can and take it steady, if you can get a few easy 1s first and lay them across the bottom of the hill as a brake to slow down any runaways before they get to you. A run away role can be worse than a slide as more likely to bounce and less likely to dig in and stop. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  18. Hope my duel went out with that lot as got a few nice sticks to shift about next week, should work well alongside my new arbtrolly sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.

  22. Drum hunt, 1 person is the drummer who walks slowly randomly around hitting a drum. Rest of group is pared up as surcher and guardian The surcher is blindfolded but has to track down the drummer which is a bit harder as the sound is bounced around by the trees. The guardian looks after them by describing what's next to them and helps stop them walking into things but can't tell them which way to go to find the drummer. Makes for a good trust exercise sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  23. I think he might have been twisting what you said into something more adult themed;) sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
