  1. Will have to check that in morning as not actually sure but it definitely makes different having the 30"cutter and catcher plate.
  2. Two of us, nearly finished tops just a bit on right to finish and two big pyramids behind me, almost finished outside as well. Got 950kg of cuttings last year and definitely more this time according to the gardens, brand new hedge cutter for the top so cutting sweet also got a catcher plate which scoops up the clips so can easily flick them off the top which is saving loades of time in not having to rake them off.
  3. Had a rite mission today cutting this lot, back tomorrow to finish about the same amount again, got to be done by 3 as it's getting collected for cancer drug extraction, luckily the two gardeners are doing all the tidy up all we have to do is cut.
  4. Have you ever fallen in that thing? Points at chipper......
  5. Not really a selfie but I like it and it was a hel of a drop at the end
  6. That's from cattle put in the field in the last 2 month since it snuffed it, asked about that and field was ungrazed last year, nothing else in ares affected as of yet. One of the gardens is going to have a bit of a dig about the roots tomorrow nd see if anything shows up.
  7. It's how quickly it went that's strange normally see some dead appearing for a while or it will try to leaf up in parts but this is completely gon over winter, client is worried because they have a collection of quite unusual rodadedendrns and ornamental flowering trees close bye.
  8. Now the fun bit, getting it into the playground at the back of the primary school.
  9. Carving out this chair for a local school.
  10. A cut leaf beech with healthy normal leaf last year, droped normal in autumn but made no attempt to bud up this year. No fungus showing itself and it's got my clients her head gardener and myself slightly baffled. Any suggestions?
  11. Could you pm me your contact details as been thinking about 1 for a while and now got a potential job where it'd be ideal due to restricted access.
  12. Nuts, trail bars, eggs, porrage for breakfast avoid the high sugar as it's a massive high then a crash which is what you're suffering from, that and burn out. Take a brake and rest or you'll end up ill for much longer.
  13. No worries, wife got me a good book of Amazon all about it, will look up a link tonight and stick it up for you.
  14. You need to hit add to conversation list after each video clip is displayed in large central screen then once you have all the clips you want to use click convert all. This will compress the video clips down ready for editing and then go to step two where they should appear on the left of the screen.
  15. Started using mine more and more, particularly as redirects and almost always place 1 above the bollard to direct the rope in strate. Lot lighter to stick afew in the saddle bag should you need them than a pully and better for the rope than running through a crab.
  16. Converted a client today on the smell alone as he has limited use in strimmer and hedge cutter it'll suit him, we use nothing else in out 2t machines.
  17. Think the difference will be using it to trim a hedge cutting light fresh growth as apposed to hacking back a overgrown conifer hedge chewing through stiff over a cm thick which will knacker almost any machine. Ham that's something I never expected to hear, you agreeing with Johny Walker, shocked 😜
  18. Use mine loades like that and when quizzing tech guys at the show they said the saw head puts the most strain on any pole system out of any of the attachments.
  19. Get s ht101 pole saw and stick the hedge cutter head on that, heavy when fully extended but will do a 5m hedge with a bit of skill.
  20. Ah yes, closer look on computer revels it's not some old ply like I 1st thought 😳
  21. New 150 looks tidy unlike the temporary chipbox extension 😉 Don't you just love dust grinding on hot days!
  22. That's a bigun for sure looking at the stump, that'd be fun for someone to grind out! Bet you were glad to have the st8 for chipping up as it's twisty horrid stuff to get into a machine. Like the last picture.
  23. Will you need a sufficient quantity to fill a wagon as I have 3 to do shortly which will give 50ft poles with a mid of 60cm+ I'd think.
  24. Good video, I guess the cherry-picker was up to catch some video you didn't get to use. Guess the abruptly ended visual was a dead battery. Keep em coming 👍
  25. That's the way to feed a chipper properly!
