1. The problem is its changing and you will have to pay about £60 a month to get half of that. They are jumping on the fact that we are all getting addicted to the internet on our phones.
2. Have you spoke to your bank manager about this?
3. There are more and more pointless threads because not many seem to want to engage in the pointy ones. Be a grown up have your say, back up your opinions and fight for them. Or, just post pointless drivel like me.
4. I think T mobile is the best atm for andoid phones, its something like 3gb a month. I'm with orange and get unlimited, well its a fair usage policy of 750mb a month but no charge if you go over that. They are merging with t mobile next year I think so there should be some good deals from them. Just have a good search about on all the operator web sites before you commit.
5. Yeah they coulda missed that last line out, no disrespect to the armed forces boys and girls.
6. I was, this new fandangled phone technology is top notch. Although I wasnt doing much since its Friday. Actually I was busy counting my hoards of cash from being a greedy employer.
7. Just a quick heads up if anyone is getting a new contract. Be careful if its with o2 or vodaphone if you use a lot of data ie surfing the tinterweb as there data bundles are going to be very poor.(there changing them for the worst)
8. Made me chuckle, no offense Mick just got Vic and Bob (shooting stars I think) singing to Mark Lamar "He's a 1920's con man"
9. I knew it all along! People on tv arent funny unless there lines have already been written. I hope they both get the piss taken by all there mates for that most embarrassing little episode. I hate watching stuff like that.
10. I don't know, how much does a tree surgeon earn................ There is a punch line somewhere I presume!
11. If someone would like to condense what its on about it would be very much appreciated.
12. Is that a bit of blood below the whipping? Dangerous stuff eh!
13. That one has more strands and only one slash of red where mine has 2. I thought it was a yale rope but the others have it right as marlow by the looks.
14. Hey honesty is my middle name. I never lie, unless maybe for self gain, plus sometimes to bring others down and maybe occasionally to big my self up and look hard but apart from that I'm as honest as the day is long.
15. I would say everyone of us has had that thought at some time or another, if not you havent been in the game long enough.
16. Tbh I think if there was a lot more grassing up then the world would be a better place. Anyway I wouldnt have grassed the stihl dealer up because I am too damn lazy.
17. Tis the devils work:thumbdown:
18. Now I am confused. Theres loads of jobs I wouldnt like to do so I dont.
19. I thought walnut too or Ailanthus altissima.
20. Excellent photos:thumbup1: I doubt there are many heartlessness enough buggers out there to not stop on a job like that. Although if it was 2 day old pidgeon chicks I'm not sure I would feel the same way though. An I know that is hypocritical and against the law.
21. Depends how much work you have got on and if the job has to be done in x amount of days. Personally I would take longer with less men which would mean more money in mine and my mens pockets rather than subbies. If you had 2 climbers and 4 men on the floor you would also want a nice big 12inch chipper and 7.5 tonner truck to make it work. IMO.
22. Your supposed to remove their washing line not use it to pull the tree over.
23. Love that bit:thumbup: I work the above out at 13 man days so thats £230 per man day. Sounds high to me but probably about right for what plenty of others seem to charge. Going by my £150 per man day on big take downs I'd be just under 2K
24. Well its a better color for a start and also a more realistic price. Other than that I would say theres not a lot of difference. Seriously though, it does look like its better built.
25. I just cant understand why people complain about the price after the work has been done! They obviously agreed the price before you started. As long as you do what you say in a professional manner and there happy with the end result what's there to complain about. Would they have been happier if you had gotten rained off half way through or had a mechanical breakdown therefore taking 2 days to do 3 hours work. Bet they would have thought they had got a bargain then!
