  1. We have had a 2010 on the hire fleet for 12 months and it hasn't been a good machine. Moveable handle can contact the (plastic) fuel pump - over enthusiastic handle move =broken £120 fuel pump - Orange said it was operator abuse and wouldn't give warranty. Belts get chewed regularly and teeth are hard to sharpen or change. Now have FSI machines. http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/large-equipment/48757-fsi-stump-grinders.html
  2. Hi, Have you seen the FSI machines that Spectrum Plant are selling? Spectrum Plant - New and used Timberwolf wood chippers and shredders
  3. Hi Steve,

This is Mark from Gunn JCB / Spectrum Plant. I hope you're well.

I know you have some etiquette about companies and product promotion on the site so ..

I just wanted to check if it WILL BE OK to post NEXT WEEK that ... we have become importers for a Danish make of stump grinders, that we have done a significant deal with Stump Busters and that we should have 3 machines at the APF on the Stump Busters stand and that people should see the video on our website Spectrum Plant - New and used Timberwolf wood chippers and shredders.. etc

    Please let me know.

    Also

    1) how much will you charge me for ADDITIONAL side adverts (for the stump grinders) surely I must get some volume discount having both Gunn and Spectrum running already.

    and

    2) Is there anyway I could get the top banner exclusively for a short period (2 weeks ish)?

If you want to discuss please call tomorrow on 07740 826268.

    All the best,

    Mark

  4. Oh and I should have mentioned - it is on a turntable so you have to do a lot less work AND all of that work goes into the stump NOT into screwing one wheel into the ground like most of the small machines out there.

  5. Hi,

We have recently started importing the FSI stump grinder. The ST20B can be lifted but is awesome on stumps up to about 80cm wide. Please have a look at our website (Spectrum Plant - New and used Timberwolf wood chippers and shredders) and give me a call if you would like to see one or you would like to talk to a professional stump remover who has one.

    Many thanks

    Mark

  6. How much are you hiring those for?
  7. Try JCB Insurance - we have our trucks and machines insured with them.
  8. I got skittles but was wondering - Which sweets would be best to get with parts orders? Chocolate would melt Chewy things go soft
  9. I think JCB Insurance http://www.jcbinsurance.com do suitable policies
  10. Have a look at Spectrum Plant - they have full service kits for Timberwolf chippers. shop.spectrum-plant.com
  11. Simple - Just ask for their registered charity number - they usually hang up at that point if they are con-artists.
  12. Isuzu 3T towing. 1T payload in back. Proper components (Isuzu are a bus and truck company) A normal turning circle, Good comfort and good fuel.
  13. I'll be there too! All three days
  14. Hi, I am thinking about recruiting a tree surgeon and wanted to get an idea of how much they earn. If any one with a small firm (operating with 2-6 people) could pm me with an approximate answer it would be very gratefully received. Any info I get will of course be confidential. Thanks in advance,
  15. Is anyone going to Woodfest Wales? Friday, Saturday and Sunday in St Asaph north wales.
